Sentiment: Strong Sell
Starting buying and adding more.............
Waoooo. Surprised the headline almost got all I want to write. But you get the gist. He can raise some $17 million here =, and reduce the debt to $80 million. Now, after that, what next????? Well, of course, BANKRUPTCY. It is not IF, but when. Unless, they sell the company. But they won't. They barely onw any shares, and they need the hefty salaries to linger on. Goodluck getting wiped clean.
Meanwhile the fifth Gear folks are now millionaires while the investors of SPDC that own that money have been left high and dry!
LOL - what a ramble. I will buy at $0.14 shorty. Extremjim can testify that I am usually correct.
1. Historical Lesson:
Back in Feb/March and April, 2015, management (Willis and some other clowns) pretended to be buying the shares so that fools would come in and become the bagholders of the shares they were trying to sell. Unfortunately for outsiders, management we strongly believe) and others with non-public information (Zisk, maybe) provided large owners of the stock with information that the company was in a terrible financial distress. Those large owners started shorting the stock and using their long positions to hedge. So, those shorts barely appeared in the published numbers. When the stock came in around $0.70, investors became interesting in buying the company out. A section of the mgmt supported the buyout offer while Willis (he barely owned enough shares plus receives $468k salary so no incentive to sell) and others blocked any deal, but issued shares at $0.56 to (we believe) the same folks that were shorting it from high up. They announced a fake management committee to determine the buyout offers (NOTE That was back in April and this is end of July, Even if the buyout is for WMT, the review shouldn't take this long). What we believe to be the truth is that the management never have any intention to sell - they quickly issued more shares. Now, for those shares, 112 Million is already encumbered. Management now has some 88 million shares to play with and supplement their salaries at the expense of fools that keep buying this stock. So last week, they published an 8k telling you how they would spend these new shares with or without EBITDA performance achievement. So, if you are not tired of this stock, folks are and are selling.
2. AMZN result may also be in play here. How long can these fools be in business if AMZN is taking the businesses and will not contract fulfillment outside.
3. Debt has been amended three times in four months - most amendments occur after a DEFAULT. SO, how many times has APDN defaulted. Meanwhile, the 5th Gear folks are 2....
Just helping you get direction here. Sell it and buy back at about $0.14. Willis and Zisk will soon sell another stock down here. If it has happened before, it will repeat itself - nothing personal
IDIOT - now it is a "complete disaster" for you. You were warned repeatedly to stay away from SPDC and the mafia gang that run it and another mafia set that control the stock. Now, let's see what happens at $0.15.
Hmmmmm "SPDC is one hell of a sell." Look at that rhyme - seems like a masterpiece to me
And.....they may actually announce another amendment tonight, they usually post stuff on Fridays. SPDC is one hell of a sell
That's what it means when you ask smart analysts. Now, folks on Yahoo Board will see it differently because their money is on the line. But, forget that Zacks upgrade...bankruptcy may not be too far. I will hang around to see the numbers they through out in their next ER............
Yes, it is called Bank-------rupt----------------cy. Buyer be aware!
I will turn a profit on this trade today at $0.482. Now, imagine the potential of 117460 shares that these clueless fools sold to me
I'd be selling this NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
I will not touch it gain...unless, maybe at $0.15. There are so many other stuff to load up that you make money frp,....real money. Tell the MONEY-LOSING institutions (Red Alder and Becker) that are keeping this thing alive to dump it...NOW!!!
I now have 117000 shares, buying some 33700 today and all under $0.42. I got 15000 of those at $0.40 or less. So, it appears everyone is waiting for it to get to $0.20 before they buy. I look at value and know that I will DOUBLE my money on this GUARANTEED (I love that word). Tomorrow, we will be adding more shares from these clueless sellers. And I like the idiots that will pull up my previous post as a reason for their not buying or selling - fools please stay on the sidelines here, MPO is my new GOLD. Search my name, I've been in this business for a while and actually know I know that R/S sell-offs is one sure way to DOUBLE your money. Goodnite/
For some reason, some powerful force keeps pulling me to buy this any time it hits $0.22. I think it is ghoulish but I can take it. I guess it must be the thought, that, somehow, the fools that run the company might change their mind and accept offer to sell the company at $0.60 or so. Time will tell
I just bot back some 7000 I sold at $1.69. I tot they'd lower it to $1.45 which I thrashed them at, but couldn't wait below $1.47. RGSE is where to be...IMO//
Imagine being one of the fools that sold tonnes to me at $1.45 on Friday? You don't want that, I am sure. Will some above $2 this week. If they lower it again, I triple my already-doubled position.
Idiot, a trade is a trade. I sold the shares at $0.63 for some $2180. And I have eyes on a reentry point. It seems to have stalled though, but I'll keep waiting and watching. If you know what reverse split means - it does not mean bankruptcy. I went back and reread the report from S&P upgrading the MPO ratings early in June. They have "adequate liquidity" to last at least 18 months. So, I am comfortable trading here. And one way to do it is to thrash the sellers and they will lower it even more. You buy and sell. It is the game.
