Ah...yes.. there is a blowout of these lofty price levels, and a jacked up DD price that for too long has been pumped up artificially by all the PR bombast from Fortress Wilmington and by lazy, conflicted Wall Street analysts who parrot Ms. Kullman's every hollow word and silly promise. ...funfun..

    General Murders Corporation

Only a few weeks ago, when we questioned the faked figure of "13 deaths" constantly broadcast by dishonest GM executives and their PR con artists, dirty-operating shills for GM Management apparently protested and got every one of our internet comments on related news articles deleted, CENSORED, by CNNMONEY! What a sleazy operation, indeed. Nothing has changed since the days of Ralph Nader.

Investors, as you can see by the heckling below, the unethical trash in the DuPont Management camp is desperate to divert your attention from the continuing degradation of this shrinking conglomerate in Delaware by stealing our long-established name and continuing to harass and cyberbully. What sick operation!

Folks, looks like we have been hitting the proverbial nail on the head with our observations about the deteriorating DuPont. The unethical trash in the DuPont Management camp is out stealing our name and trying frantically to divert your attention with lies and character assassination.

Time for a Kitchen Klatch With Kullman

Ms. Cull-Men's approach: The uglier it gets, the more cosmetics are piled on.

And isn't it time for some more severe cost-slashing, another round of redundancies, chopping down the careers of thousands of men (and some women) who don't fall within the desired colour or ethnic preferences mandated by DuPont Management's overriding Diversity Model?

This corporation is more gravely ill than many investors, some of them quite sophisticated, realise.

  • DD Breaks Down Again Below 65

    Good Evening, Bonsoir, Guten Abend,

Folks, D ouble D readful has pierced 65 on the downside again today, with the Dow up 77 at the moment, and most issues moving steadily higher.,

Must be time for Ms. Kullman to have a Kitchen Klatch with her circa 100 DuPont Presidents, Vice Presidents and and the like to double up on their PR campaign to convince investors and the media her Kitchen Konglomerate is a brilliant strategic VISION, a dramatically reduced DuPont, sans all chemicals, concentrating on corn and beans and food ingredients including that God-awful tasting soy stuff.

Look for an intensification of hype and hokum on the NEW "transformed" DuPont, "a world-class science and technology" boutique. Many otherwise savvy Wall Street analysts have fallen for this PR dissimulation and parroted the fluff from the Fortress in their write-ups and recommendations. Laughable, indeed.

Merely the evening remarks of one individual retail investor...funfun..

  • Conspicuous Weakness in DD

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,

Readers, it appears more and more investors, including some big players in hedge funds may be questioning the whacky Shrinkage Strategy of Ms. Kullman, DuPont Chieftess. Shares of Ms. Kullman's Kitchen Konglomerate ( her bean and corn and food ingredients and awful-tasting soy stuff) have again plunged below 65, now trading off more than 1% at 64 and change at the moment.

Ms. Kullman seems to be failing in her grand VISION of giving DuPont a successful Monsanto-Makeover.

Stay tuned for more cosmetics from Fortress Wilmington under siege.

Merely the morning commentary of one individual investor and long-time student of the degraded DuPont in decline...funfun..

labdirector, welcome back. 'Tis a pity you do not visit more often and share your thoughts.

In the meantime, the shares of Ms. Kullman's Kitchen Konglomerate (beans, corn, food ingredients, and terrible-tasting soy stuff) continue to sag, as some more sophisticated investors may beginning to see the serious sickness within this ill organisation.

    Excellent point, delaware19707,

And who has been pushing economically senseless and environmentally destructive bad-mileage ethanol for years and demanding big subsidies from American taxpayers? Why none other than DuPont "leaders" and their army of PR operatives and lobbyists, along with their paid-off politicians.

You fit into every category after making hundreds of off-topic personal attacks with a pathological obsession and a towering resentfulness from being woefully uneducated.

You forgot one: The 'Tard of Tidewater

Wow, the lower mental class strikes back. Since many of these vicious hecklers work for or have connections with DuPont and its Management, investors can see how and why DuPont is in serious trouble with creeps like this infested with their inane stupidity and obsessive jealousy of Monsanto.

Continuing harassment and an outright LIE put out by the unethical trash in the DuPont Management camp. One of the oldest and dirtiest PR tricks for damage control: Attack the messenger as a "fired disgruntled employee".

We have never been "fired", laid-off or terminated by DuPont or any of its affiliates, much less by a "female" boss!

In terms of corruption, the struggling DuPont conglomerate is as ethically sick as the GM organisation.

Moreover, with amusing DuPlicity, Ms. Kullman claims with a straight face that by dumping Teflon, TIO2, acids, refrigerants and fluorochemicals, she is reducing cyclicality in her diminished conglomerate! Well, the agriculture business is one of the most cyclical businesses there are. Is there any business intelligence in the Boardroom or the executive suites of this stupidly run, shrunken corporation spirallng downward?

    ...funfun..

  • Fellow Investors, you don't have to look very far to see these obvious PR operatives and agents shilling for GM Management at various news and investors sites over the net. They stand out by repeating verbatim the bullets points coming out the public relations function of Ren Cen. And they are systematically smearing and libeling independent investors who dare to question the quality and performance of GM Management!

Today we got whacked with a definite threat by a GM troll on Seeking Alpha, a personal assault and threat that intimidated if we did not stop blogging on GM issues, our putative employer ("who does he work for?") would be contacted and we would be dealt with.

OMG, nothing has changed in this vile culture of GM since the days of Ralph Nader, fifty years ago.

What a sick, corrupt corporation; Ms. Barra has changed the culture not one whit! Ms. Barra call off your junk yard dogs guarding you over the internet. These shills and cheerleaders, many of them resentfully under-educated and downright hateful and vindictive, make you and GM look bad, very bad.

  • Scrutiny by Analysts Triggered by Embarrassing Sub-Performance by DuPont Senior Management

Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buenos Dias,

Readers & Investors, in a Motley Fool review, "Why DuPont's Warning Calls Its Agricultural Strategy Into Question," July 1, 2014, Bob Cura has provided investors with a succinct and highly readable summation of the faltering strategy of the DuPont leadership TEAM to pull off a Monsanto-Makeover.

Unfortunately for DD shareholders, Ms. Ellen J. Kullman, DuPont Chieftess, is a decade too late and too far behind the leaders in the agricultural arena:

DuPont is in a lowly sixth place in the sale of ag chemicals and crop protection behind world-leader, Switzerland-based Syngenta, followed by Bayer, BASF, Dow Chemical, and Monsanto.

DuPont is an also-ran in seeds, with a growing gap between it and front-running Monsanto, the global leader in seed biotechnology and innovation.

The lack of scientific and managerial talent at DuPont in ag has been conspicuous during the past few years, first with the commercially failed GM seed trait, DuPont OptimumGAP, and then with the $2 billion consumer fraud involving a dandelion herbicide which killed hundreds of thousands of mature landscaping trees country
wide, before being banned by the U. S. EPA. DuPont Imprelis, tell us!

Bottom-line, the much shrunken and shrinking DuPont is in serious, intractable trouble.

Merely the morning commentary and opinion of one individual retail investor, long SYT, DOW, MON, short DD...funfun.
