  • Illiteracy Populates LEGAL. Little Known Lawyers from Little Known Schools Are Indeed Transparent

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,

    Folks, we got a big laugh out of the first official Shamours PRESS RELEASE this morning, full of hype and hokum and priceless quotes from Shamours CEO, Mark Verguano, who brags about his TEAM:

    Dave Shelton is highlighted as "General Council and Corporate Secretary" (sic) "Council, not Counsel"?

    What sort sloppiness, what sort of ignorance in the ranks of Shamours' unprofessional Management and their PR hacks.

    Investors, it is exceedingly difficult to take seriously Shamours and the Non-Chemical DuPont and their bumbling brethren in the Management hierarchies.

  • PR Faking Continues Non-Stop for Non-Chemical DuPont

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,

    Readers the flim-flam artists holed up in Fortress Wilmington are out bright and early this morning with an official Non-Chemical DuPont PRESS RELEASE, 6:00 AM, July 1, 2015 crowing about their dumping of two centuries worth of chemical competence with the Shamours spin-off.

    The big bosses are bragging about the transformation to "Higher Growth" and "Higher Value". What??
    Whom do these fakers in Fortress Wilmington think they are fooling? The long mismanaged DuPont is shrinking, not growing. As for value, the stock has cliff-dived from a high this year to date of 80.65 to 63.95 yesterday A $17.00 loss in share price is not "higher value"!

    Merely the morning commentary and perspective of one individual investor at large and long-time student of the dissimulating DuPont in decline...funfun..

    Wow! There must be keen embarrassment in the Kullman Kamp over "innovating" and producing the biggest and most costly new ag product failure and consumer fraud in 21st century corporate America. Let's hear it for
    DuPont Imprelis.

    Since many of these cyber-bullying protectors and promoters of DuPont Management have openly disclosed they work for DuPont as bonus-paid DuPont Managers and DuPont employees, investors get a face-full of just how dirty this Company really is and how dirty is its Management. The viciousness of the personal attacks on independently-speaking investors is appalling.

    It must make the du Pont Family sick to see how trashy and devoid of integrity their eponymous Company has become.

  • Faking Invention in Fortress Wilmington

    Good Evening, Bonsoir, Guten Abend,

    Readers, the hype and hokum coming out of the mouths of DuPont's sub-quality executives is astounding. Now they have taken to pitching the much diminished and degraded DuPont Company, as, get this, "THE GLOBAL SCIENCE & INNOVATION COMPANY".

    What a belly-ripping laugh. "The Global Innovation Company"? Why, the last big "Innovation" from the bumbling bosses of DuPont was a dandelion lawn treatment, DuPont Imprelis, which proceeded to kill and destroy hundreds of thousands of mature landscaping trees across the country. Evergreens turned to everbrowns from this viciously toxic herbicide, touted by unethical DuPont execs and their PR con artists as the biggest advance in herbicides in forty years.

    The EPA mercifully banned Imprelis, which was being deceitfully, if not fraudulently hawked by a corrupt DuPont Management as "low impact", "very environmentally friendly"! The Imprelis Innovation has cost hapless DD shareholders over $1.2 billion in charges and losses.

    Innovation at this run-down, broken-down conglomerate is largely a function of pure fiction. What the DuPont bosses are really good at is self-promotion and inventing ways to lard themselves with tens of $millions of pay and perks, while trashing the owners, DD shareholders.

    Merely the evening commentary of one individual investor at large and long time student of the dissimulating DuPont in decline...funfun..

    CNBC keeps showing a pre-interview picture of a decidedly non-smiling Ms. Cull-Men, grim and sneering. A photographic capture of the true hostile personality of the woman who kicked Peltz to the curb with the consequences suffered immediately by her hapless DD shareholders.

  • funfundvierzig funfundvierzig Jun 29, 2015 4:04 PM Flag

    With comical irony, Ms. Cull-Men rang the closing bell of the New York Stock Exchange to end trading this afternoon. She is also ringing the closing bell on the sustainability of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company! And these dreary shares hit a new 52-week low.

    ...funfun..

  • Stay tuned, folks, to CNBC. DuPont's lackluster leader is grabbing the spotlight, likely to blame the financial crisis in Europe for her sick, sick results in Q2 2015 and in the coming Q3 and Q4. More DuPont PR DuPlicity

    DuPont's customarily and evasive Management never takes any accountability for their brazen mismanagement and misfiring. The dive off the cliff of these dreary DD shares tell the story.

    Shamours Is A Fraud!

    Readers, as you can see plainly, the growing awareness of sharp-penciling analysts and intelligent investors of the magnitude of deception and dissimulation coming out of Fortress Wilmington over this stripped down spin-off, Shamours, must have keenly upset the planted shills protecting and promoting the DuPont leadership team on this Yahoo! Finance board.

    One unprofessional, uneducated, unimaginative unposter in the Cull-Men camp, keeps repeatedly posting the very same tripe verbatim on solar stuff to divert attention and disrupt the board.

    When bitterly hostile shills, many of them admitted representatives of the DuPont Company, avowed DuPont Managers and DuPont employees, have to resort to this foul misconduct and initiating sleazy personal attacks on other commentators with differing thoughts, you know Shamours and the Non-Chemical DuPont are in deep, deep trouble with tonnes to hide!

    Investors, beware and be wary.

    Hawked by DuPont Hucksters in Fortress Wilmington As a "Strong Company"! Reality Screams the Opposite

    The Sunday Size-Up

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buon Giorno,

    Readers, On July 1, 2015, the cash-stripped, junk bond-financed chemical spin-off, Shamours, begins its problematic existence. DuPont executives brag Chemours will deliver a promised $100 million quarterly shareholder dividend beginning this fall. Wall Street analysts claim troubles lie ahead.

    “Chemours doesn’t generate enough cash flow to pay the level of dividend that DuPont has set,” said John
    Roberts, an analyst with UBS Global Research. “The dividend is just not sustainable.” DelawareOnline, June 26, 2015.

    Frankly and personally, we do not believe Shamours is sustainable, and to pitch it as a "strong independent company" is deceitful, if not fraudulent. No doubt, DuPont's sneaky Management is about to have its sleight of hand exposed, namely dumping staggering $billions in environmental remediation costs and potential litigation liabilities off the books of DuPont on to Shamours. And Shamours is about to be looted (albeit legally) of $4 billion in cash by DuPont Management as a dividend from Shamours to DuPont so the big bosses in Fortress Wilmington can manipulate the market price of DD shares by DD stock buybacks.

    Shamours is a big Red Flag waving wildly not only for investors, but customers looking for a long-term stable supplier.

    Merely, The Sunday Size-Up digitally penned by one individual investor at large and long-time student of the ethically crippled DuPont Company in decline...funfun..

    Bumbling Bosses of DuPont Disembowel Once Great Chemical and Materials Enterprise!

    The Weak In Review

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,

    Readers, in four more days on July 1, 2015, the Non-Chemical DuPont Company Will Hold Forth, a sterling achievement of the destructive duo of Charles O. Holliday and his hand-selected successor Charlene O. Holliday in a pantsuit.

    But DuPont without chemicals is like...

    * Boeing without planes
    * Ford without cars
    * U. S. Steel without iron and steel
    * Apple without I-Phones
    * Microsoft without software
    * ExxonMobil without oil and gas
    * Target without retail stores
    * Kroger without groceries
    * Tiffany without jewelry

    You get the picture.

    The losing leadership team hunkered down in the isolation of Fortress Wilmington has cut the gut out of DuPont, and the detritus left doesn't really stand a chance of success against an increasingly intense global competition and much better run rivals.

    The legal corporate name of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company should now be changed on July 1st to:

    E. I. duh.

    Merely The Weak In Review digitally penned by one individual investor at large and long time student of the decaying DuPont in terminal decline...funfun.

    Folks, what a comically transparent attempt to disrupt the message board by the unethical and uneducated shills protecting DuPont Management. This particularly illiterate un-poster touting solar commodity paste doesn't even know the difference between "too" and "to"!

    Ms. Kullman should be keenly embarrassed over the members of the lower mental class planted on the internet to smear legitimate commentators and DuPont's superior-managed competitors such as Dow Chemical and Monsanto.

    Gotta laugh...funfun..

    Why is the free cash flow figure redacted or CENSORED in the first sentence of the first paragraph?? Who is desperate to cover up the true sick reality of this junk bond-financed Shamours spin-off about to be looted (albeit legally) of $4 billion, four $billion in cash as a forced dividend from Shamours to DuPont so DuPont's sneaky Management can engage in market manipulation of DD stock via DD stock buybacks?

    ddanalyst, can you spell out the figure for readers here?

    The business-senseless Ms. Kullman has no vision or strategy other than slavishly following the business model of her teacher, the bumbling boss emeritus, Chad OMG Holliday, Jr., namely SHIRNKAGE Equals GROWTH.

    The unimaginative Ms. Kullman does not have any of the innovative and brilliant research types Monsanto had nearly two decades ago. Her clumsy attempt to copycat superior-managed Monsanto and Hugh Grant is doomed to failure.

    Shamours: What's Inside?? Below Deck

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buon Giorno, Buenos Dias,

    Investors, this spin-off of chemical operations, which the bumbling bosses of DuPont have mismanaged appallingly for two decades is chock full of liabilities. Beware and be wary.

    Shamours reminds us of one of those leaky boats piled full of migrants in the middle of the Mediterranean. The operators in Fortress Wilmington are looting (albeit legally) this old ship of $4 billion in cash in the form of a dividend from Shamours to DuPont before sending it out to scary waters. Coupled with towering liabilities for hazardous waste cleanups and $billions in potential litigation judgements or settlements in thousands of personal injury lawsuits involving DuPont's insidiously toxic, cancer-causing Teflon chemical C8, this junk bond-financed old craft is in serious danger of capsizing and sinking down the road. That's our speculative opinion. Johns-Manville and asbestosis redux?

    It is only a matter of time, weeks, months, or in a year before DuPont Management's corrupt cost-slashing business model of SHAM SAFETY erupts in another explosive toxic leak killing and maiming God only knows how many or whom! Investors, beware and be wary.

    With Nelson Peltz kicked to the curb by a hostile, sneering Ellen J. Kullman and her cronies, the last hope for meaningful reform and displacement of DuPont's inbred, inept, and integrity-deflated Management has gone up in smoke. Investors are becoming increasingly aware that there is little left in the run-down ruins of what used to be the most respected, most innovative, and unquestionably largest chemicals and materials enterprise on the planet.

    Nor does it help that investors day after day witness the unprofessional behaviour and gross abuse heaped on investors by admitted DuPont Managers and unethical DuPont employees operating over the net on PR damage patrol. Why buy shares in a sleazy outfit and a chunk of partially hidden litigation liabilities and massive hazardous waste remediation costs totaling $billions?

    In our opinion as an individual retail investor, the trajectory for DuPont and its Shamours spin-off is irreversibly down.
