  • Arrogant Stupidity and Stupid Arrogance!

Readers and Fellow DOW & MON Shareholders,

It's amazing that DuPont Management would allow, or even encourage this one obvious plant on the internet to continue to engage in her vindictive attacks and systematic defamation against superior-managed DuPont rival Monsanto, as well as against targeted independently-speaking investors and especially DOW & MON shareholders.

In one exchange over the past two days on the DD Yahoo! Message Board, this resentfully under-educated and admitted representative of DuPont, "notthatbright" tried to put out the falsehood that Monsanto had polluted the drinking water of the Seattle water system with PCBs, putting all Seattle residents at grave risk of harm. The object, of course, was PR damage control, to take the heat off the continuing unfolding scandal, if not conspiratorial fraud of DuPont Management secretly poisoning the drinking water of 100,000 unsuspecting women, men, and children in Ohio and West Virginia for decades with DuPont's insidiously toxic, cancer-causing Teflon chemical C8 or PFOA.

When challenged with facts adduced by an educated commentator with first-hand knowledge, she balked and mocked and lashed out in a nasty personal fashion. Such is the Face of DuPont on the Net. Rank ignorance and rank stupidity in the ranks of a now severely dumbed-down operation in Delaware.

Clean, Mr. Breen*, clean up the internet and remove these DuPont Cyber-Stalkers and vicious hecklers who proudly proclaim they work for DuPont as bonus-paid employees and Managers. These creeps make you and the DuPont Company and decent DuPont women and men look appallingly bad, ugly bad, not to mention this year Dow Chemical upon the conglomeration.

    * Edward Breen, fresh new outside CEO of DuPont.

  • Dow Will Be Degraded by the Dysfunctional & Decayed DuPont

    DOW Shareholders,

So why is a financially healthy Dow Chemical with its expanding margins and growing profits marrying a sickly, shriveled DuPont with sagging sales in every one of its six business segments, along with a severely demoralised and downgraded workforce?…and grossly overpaying for this dysfunctional conglomerate in Delaware, half its size?

DOW shareholders should flee this phony "rare Merger of Equals" and vote "No." Meanwhile, DD shareholders and avowed DuPont employees and Managers are in glee, gloating on the internet over the great deal they are getting, 50:50.

One remarkably unethical and resentfully uneducated heckler, an avowed DuPont employee apparently assigned to the net to CYBER-Stalk and harass independently-speaking investors doesn't realise that Shamours is run by leftover DuPont Management, a slice of the floundering and faltering team of Ellen J. Kullman. Imprelis, Tell Us!

Same corrupt culture; same Rotten-to-the-CORE VALUES (think vile cancer-causing Teflon chemicals and the continuing cover-up); same misrepresentations and deceptions; same PR promises and no delivery.

Folks, you can tell it outrages Chestnut Ruin and Fortress Wilmington that investors at large dare speak to one another on the critical issues confronting these twin intractably troubled companies, Shamours and DuPont. And that tells you a massive mountain of weaknesses must be concealed or spun deceptively.

Ask these shills why the shares of Shamours have lost over 80% of their value in only eight months. See what they say.

    Good Night...funfun..

  • CYBER-Stalking DuPont Employees Show Investors Misrepresentation and Deception Are the DuPont Paradigm

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,

Fellow Investors, we got a good belly laugh last night when the avowed DuPont AG employee and cyber-stalking operative, "notthatbright" in her systematic campaign to discredit yours truly put out the disinformation we are not a MON shareholder. Rubbish, of course. We have been a richly rewarded MON stockholder for nearly a decade, as we have stated many times in many commentaries.

This proudly self-disclosed representative of DuPont on the net cluelessly shows FRAUD is the Business Model embraced by her superiors in DuPont Management. We don't even have to mention in the $1 billion patent case lost by DuPont and ultimately settled bringing Monsanto hundreds of $millions in deserved license fees yearly, Judge E. Richard Webber, U. S. District Court Missouri, sanctioned DuPont for fraud, given the cogent evidence of systematic lying by DuPont. Nor will we bring up the decades long cover-up of toxic Teflon chemical contamination of the drinking water for 100,000 unsuspecting women, men, and children in the Mid-Ohio Valley. DuPont Management lied and lied and lied, tenaciously embracing their Business Model...FRAUD. in the Ag arena, Imprelis, Tell Us.

Bottom-line, corporations built on a foundation of fraud, ultimately topple, ENRON, Lehman Brothers, and now DuPont is about to disappear from the scene swallowed up by twice-as-large Dow Chemical. And don't forget Chemours, or rather Shamours, DuPont's stillborn, debt-choked chemicals spin-off, very likely approaching insolvency.

Merely the morning thoughts of one individual investor, and MON, DOW, SYT, BASFY, AVD, and FMC shareholder...funfun..

    Fellow Investors,

No other corporation or bank covered in Yahoo! Finance has as much abuse and dirty-play waged by avowed employees and Managers against independently-speaking commentators and competitors than the corrupt DuPont Company and its stillborn chemical offspring, Shamours. That's a dead giveaway something is terribly amiss. What in the hell are these admitted DuPont representatives so desperate to conceal that they cannot allow open and candid discussion and debate among investors without retaliatory harassment, threats, and sleaze?

How low has DuPont and Shamours fallen?...down, down, down.

Unfortunately for short-changed DOW shareholders, Dow Chemical is about to have a putrid pool drained into their organisation.

Fellow MON Shareholders, it sure looks like we have riled up these guardians of the Management of Monsanto's corrupt and lagging chief competitor, the shrunken DuPont conglomerate in the dwarf state of Delaware. Given the heavy-handed attempt to bombard the undersigned into stony silence with all manner of dirty personal attacks, we conclude their fictional "rare Merger of Equals" with twice-as-large, twice-as-powerful Dow Chemical may be bogged down and in serious trouble. This lopsided deal shortchanges DOW shareholders big-time! Call it Cancer of the Liveris.

To provoke such a time-consuming campaign by admitted employees and Managers of DuPont to shut us up and shut us down means one thing:

    BULLSEYE!

We hit the target with our opinions and observations. BULLSEYE! And these trashy agents of the dirty-playing DuPont hate it, and hate it with fury and fulmination.

Gotta laugh at Monsanto's sickeningly weak competitor. Imprelis, Tell Us! DuPont OptimumGAP, guffaw us.

  • What This Forced and Fictional "Rare Merger of Equals" Will Jam Into the Greater Dow Chemical

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,

Dow Women and Men, Fellow DOW Shareholders,

We have been cautioning you about what this corrupt and intractably troubled DuPont Company is all about for some time. Now you can see it for yourselves on the internet from DuPont's own employees and Managers, because they will soon be occupying your offices, your conference rooms, or bossing you around as your supervisors and your Managers.

What is astounding is the ugly Face of DuPont on the net as constantly flashed by admitted representatives of this much shrunken and weakened competitor in the dwarf state of Delaware: The foul language and filth, the gross abuse and harassment of independently-speaking investors and DOW shareholders, the sneering smears against DuPont competitors, especially Monsanto and Dow Chemical, and the gloating over this lopsided deal which shortchanges DOW shareholders.

In short, these malignant, avowed DuPont employees and Managers will now be infecting the Dow Chemical organisation. Call it Cancer of the Liveris. This forced aggregation with its clash of cultures and abrasively differing values, will have bad and sickening consequences for Dow men and women and DOW shareholders, in our opinion.

Merely the observations of one individual investor at large...funfun..

Wow, folks, this heavy-handed and sleazy attempt to bombard the undersigned on a vile and vindictive personal level all over the world-wide web, sheer CYBER-Stalking and an obvious PR mission to harass the undersigned into stony silence means one thing:

We have hit the target: BULLSEYE!

We suspect this phony "rare Merger of Equals" is not going so well for DuPont and their mediocre people. This "Merger" with twice-as-strong, twice-as-big Dow Chemical may be in serious trouble, given the pervasive disorder and tension exhibited so openly by admitted representatives of the DuPont Company on financial sites on the net!

    BULLSEYE!

Good Lord, folks, the heavy-handed, systematic attempt by these self-disclosed DuPont Managers and DuPont employees to shut us down and shut us up with all manner of dirty play means one thing:

We have hit the target, BULLSEYE!

What are they hiding? We suspect this fake "rare Merger of Equals" with twice-as-large, twice-as-powerful Dow Chemical is not going so smoothly, with all the disorder and tension!

    NOTE to NEW READERS,

The abusive heckler with the hostile I.D, nomofunfun, has previously identified himself several times as a bonus-paid Management-level employee of DuPont.

Investors, with hate-filled trash in the Management ranks of this much shrunken Company like this, do you really want to bet on the future of DuPont? Hardly. What are they so frantic to hide? And this will soon be the problem of the greater Dow organisation after conglomeration with the corrupt DuPont bureaucracy in a few months down the road.

No other Yahoo! Finance forum has as much abuse of investors from self-identified employees and Managers as DuPont. Speaks volumes on the decay of this once impressive global corporation. Sad, indeed.

New Readers, the undersigned has never been fired, laid-off, or forced to leave DuPont. This abusive heckler and proudly self-disclosed DuPont Manager, "nomofunfun", is simply exercising his DuPont training by lying and deceiving.

Sleaze is indeed, a CORE VALUE of DuPont.

Imprelis, Tell Us! Toxic Teflon chemicals tell us, cancer-causing poisons dumped secretly into the air, water, and ground for decades in propinquity to Parkersburg, West VA, at the Company's sprawling Teflon factory, the White-Washing Works.

Oops, folks, looks like we have inadvertently offended one of those shills on PR damage control patrol for DuPont and Shamours Management. If there is any thing DuPont's secretive and evasive Management hates, it's the exchange of differing viewpoints by investors, some of whom might call their performance into question! And how did they turn the largest, most prestigious chemicals and materials enterprise of the last century into the shriveled DuPont with only $25 billion in revenues by the year 2016?

Hey, maybe this steadfast defender of Shamours and DuPont Management might want to explain the dazzlingly quick decay in double C stock from 22 to 4 in only eight months! Ja?

Folks, when you see the silly sideshow staged constantly over the net by these simple-minded shills and self-disclosed employees and agents of DuPont, you can instantly see why this once great global chemicals and materials enterprise declined so rapidly in the 21st century. These avowed and clueless representatives of the dumbed-down DuPont provide you with a diorama of the decay of DuPont with their misconduct and sleazy attacks on competitors and individual investors with differing perspectives.

  • DuPont Will Drag Down Dow, Not Enhance It

    THE WEAK IN REVIEW

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,

    Fellow Investors,

What high-volume, high-profit new blockbuster product or breakthrough technology has come out of the run-down research and developmentally challenged DuPont Company in the past five years? In the last century, the 20th, great innovations came forth with dependable consistency.

Incidentally, in the past five years, the bumbling bosses and pseudo scientists of DuPont produced the largest, most costly failed ag product and consumer scandal in 21st century corporate America:

DuPont Imprelis, a falsely, if not fraudulently marketed "very environmentally friendly" dandelion herbicide for the lawn, which proved to be an extremely effectively serial killer of mature landscaping trees, destroying hundreds of thousands across the country before being mercifully banned by the U. S. EPA. Cost to long-suffering DD shareholders: Over $1 billion.

We believe the constructive acquisition of DuPont by the much larger Dow Chemical will degrade, not enhance Dow Chemical. Innovation will be stultified.

Good Lord, it looks like a whole colony of rabid DuPont woodchucks are determined to sabotage open discussion and chase off any investor whose literacy or differing perspective inflames them.

One resentfully uneducated "rockit" woodchuck is going berserk in his burrow and pops out, screaming about 18,000 posts of the undersigned. That's about right for 2, 3 or 5 posts daily over a decade and a half. But the comical thing is this rabid woodchuck is suffering from an obvious lack of education and couldn't write a single articulate commentary or convincing column if his miserably inferior life depended upon it!

Such is the lower mental class which infects so much of the lumbering DuPont bureaucracy these days. Dow Chemical women and men: They are all yours in a few short months, post conglomeration.

    Gotta laugh...funfun..
