For years, DuPont's dirty-dealing Management and their PR con artists insisted to the media and to investors as well as to contaminated plant neighbours and Teflon workers, DuPont's extraordinarily toxic, cancer-causing Teflon chemical C8 or PFOA is perfectly "safe" with "no human health effects". "Drink down all you want," they chimed, "absolutely no harm." Sound medical science screamed the opposite. Whom do you want to believe... legitimate physicians and epidemiologists or the phony PR M.D.s in Fortress Wilmington?

SHAMours Lives Up To Its Name!

Shamours shareholders will have to wait to see what the Shamours Board of Directors decides in the next three quarters. Our best projection: The CC dividend must be cut to reflect severe net cash flow pressures at this debt-crushed entity misadvertised and falsely marketed by DuPont's dissimulating Management.

With the stock at 10 and change, there must be a multitude of disbelievers that a 22% dividend rate will prevail for even a year, or even the next quarter.

  • Debt-Crushed Sham Foisted Off by DuPont Management Loses More Than Half Its Value Since June 19, 2015!

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,

Fellow Investors, remember those hollow words and the hokum from DuPont über boss, Ellen J. Kullman and her PR con artists only weeks ago? The Kullman Cant:

"Higher Growth" "Higher Value" for a "Strong Independent Company"?

Well, her Shamours dump-site for massive DuPont legal and hazardous waste legacies has seen its value cut in half and more in only six weeks! CC has done a swan-dive into the muck, down, d o w n, DOWN from 22.25 set in when-issued trading on June 19, 2015 to 10.70 in trading this morning, July 27, 2015 moments ago.

The conceit and deceit of DuPont Management has been off the charts. We would not be surprised to see a stockholders action for fraud soon.

Merely the morning commentary of one individual investor and long-time student of the DuPlicitously-Managed DuPont Company...funfun..

Who in the hell are you to demand an investor stop sharing thoughts with fellow investors?
An abusive shill or reputation agent for Shamours' Management or DuPont Management?

For your information, practically all Shamours' employees and Management are from DuPont and most Shamours' shareholders are also DD shareholders.

Finally who is forcing you sabre to your neck to monitor and read every word of every post of funfun?

Gotta laugh, folks, at these patently obvious suck-ups for corporate Management.

Note to Readers: The hostile heckler with the I.D. "notthatblind" is an admitted representative of the DuPont Company, a self-disclosed DuPont AG employee. She has stalked and CYBER-HARASSED the undersigned over the internet with hundreds of personal attacks. She has also launched repeated defamatory attacks on Monsanto!

But that's the way this dirty-operating competitor, and serious laggard to Monsanto works! Unethical, thy name is DuPont.

Whatever. It will all be reported on Tuesday morning at 6:00 AM by Ellen in Blunderland and her CFO sidekick, Nicholas FairlyRidikulis as "strong results" and a "successful transformation" to a "World-Class Innovation & Science Company"!

For years, none of the self-disclosed representatives of the DuPont Company shilling for DuPont Management and defaming Monsanto have been able to spell out any compelling reasons to buy this stock or hold it. Instead they systematically launch retaliatory smear campaigns against investors who fail to praise DuPont "leaders", and who offer dissenting viewpoints. That sleazy misconduct from proudly avowed DuPont employees and agents speaks volumes on the ethical sickness and the fundamental financial weaknesses of the broken-down DuPont and its stillborn offspring, Shamours.

Folks, as you can see below, a hostile heckler, who on several occasions has admitted he works for DuPont as a bonus-paid DuPont Manager has launched a continuing series of defamatory attacks against the undersigned ( without question hundreds of ad hominem assaults over the internet) Our sin? We dare to speak out with fellow investors and question the quality and performance of DuPont "leadership".

For the record, the undersigned was never "fired" or force-terminated or laid-off by DuPont or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. That's the old PR trick for damage control to discredit a speaker: The fired disgruntled ex-employee gambit. It is a lie.

Any corporation whose avowed employees/agents operate over the internet in such unprofessional and unethical fashion is one sick dirty operation. And that is a waving RED FLAG for investors. What is being covered up at this conglomerate with its metastatic corruption and SHAM Safety that cannot be discussed openly and candidly amongst investors?

The Non-Chemical DuPont Is Primarily Confined to an Inferior & Cyclical Ag Role!

    THE SUNDAY SIZE-UP

Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buenos Dias,

Readers, remember when Ms. Kullman, DuPont Chieftess, and her merry band of under-performing bozos in Fortress Wilmington insisted that dumping chemicals would relieve DuPont of cyclical swings? So what does she do? Bundles up $billions in legal and environmental legacies and spins off debt-crushed Shamours to hapless DD shareholders, with the emphasis on the SHAM. Now she's mostly into the highly cyclical agricultural arena with huge commodity price swings and weather-related vagaries and boom & bust farmers' incomes.

The dramatically diminished DuPont is now primarily seeds, weeds, and feeds. But even in its chosen game, DuPont is in a distinctly inferior position:

    * Seeds. Plays second globally to Monsanto, and indeed to survive pays Monsanto hundreds of $millions in license fees yearly in order to put Monsanto's superior GM traits into DuPont Pioneer's otherwise prosaic seed line-up.

    * Weeds. Plays sixth fiddle behind world-leading Syngenta, and followed by Bayer, BASF, Dow Chemical, and Monsanto (again) in ag chemicals, crop protection.

    * Feeds. Plays in the shadow of world-leading Novozymes in food additives and enzymes.

As for that fictional PR "Innovation" generated in Fortress Wilmington, what new high-profit, high-volume blockbuster products or breakthrough technologies have come out DuPont AG research and development in the past five years? Imprelis, Tell Us! (Or Chinese spies can tell us.)

The Good People of Trian May Have Grossly Under-Estimated the Rot & Rotteness of this Crumbling Conglomerate Calling the Dwarf State of Delaware Home

    THE WEAK IN REVIEW

    Good Afternoon, Bonsoir, Guten Abend,

Readers, some months ago we raised the question: Did Mr. Peltz, notwithstanding his historical record as a very savvy and successful investor buy a pig in poke sinking more than $2 billion into the shares of DuPont? Two years ago when his large stake was announced, DD, D ouble D reary, was changing hands at 55. It's 56 and change as we write today, July 24, 2015. Add a couple bucks for the plummeting shares of CC, C rumbling C ompany or Shamours he received, and you come up with a mediocre investment indeed.

    Did Mr. Peltz embarrassingly under-estmate...

    * The disabilities and dishonesty of DuPont's DuPlicitous Management?

    * The severe decay of DuPont's run-down plants, deadly dangerous work places?

    * The massive current and potential legal and hazardous waste liabilities?

    * The pervasive demoralisation of the women and men working for DuPont, the absence of motivation?

    * The conspicuous lack of Innovation, and public relations cover-ups?

    * The superiority of DuPont's better managed competitors.

Frankly and personally, we're surprised Mr. Petlz and his Trian Fund still have all their shares of Shamours and the Non-Chemical DuPont.

What this hostile shill for DuPont Management doesn't tell you, folks, is the shares of the diminished DuPont touched a new 52-week low yesterday, 56 and change!

Nor does this junkyard dog protecting DuPont Management tell you DuPont has to pay Monsanto hundreds of $millions in license fees each year for Monsanto's superior GM traits for DuPont Pioneer's otherwise inferior seed line-up! DuPont's own developed GM seed trait, DuPont OptimumGAP, turned out to be a commercial train wreck.

Finally, look back over the past 10 years, look at the charts, which equity would you have preferred to own, the robustly appreciating MON, or the moribund DD?

And the $15 million-a-year Headmistress of the DuPont School of SHAM Safety, Ms. Kullman, nor her new DuPont General Counsel, Stacy Fox, Esquire has uttered a single public word about these serial corporate killings, much less offer a moment of compassion.

Ms. Fox just joined the ethically broken-down DuPont Company in October 2014, having graduated from a first tier law school at the University of Michigan. Most recently she served as Deputy Emergency Manager of the City of Detroit as it went through the largest municipal bankruptcy in U. S. history (maybe she should be more properly assigned as General Counsel of Shamours).

We recall with amusement and disgust the words repeated frequently to the media by one of Ms. Fox's predecessors, Macey Slobley, Esquire in response to one DuPont scandal after another,

"DuPont operates to the highest ethical standards".

A joke which makes listeners gag.

A take-out of Shamours? Hardly. Recall no willing buyers came along to take these long malmanaged chemical businesses off the hands of DuPont Management determined to dump them. Possible would-be buyers likely recognised the massive legal and hazardous waste legacy, and were repelled.

Who really wants to invest in this sickly, debt-crushed spin-off, which may well end up in bankruptcy court? Who really buys the fib and fiction promulgated by the PR flim-flam artists and their bombastic DuPont bosses that Shamours is a "World-Class, World Leading Strong Independent Company"?

Readers, as you can plainly see the unethical trash in the DuPont Management camp is desperate to divert your attention from the SHAM Safety which has killed and injured regular DuPonters at DuPont's deathtrap plants. These abusive operatives have intensified their serial CYBER-BULLYING, putting out vindictive LIES against anyone daring to expose what is really going down in this corrupt organisation.

For the record, the undersigned has never been "canned", fired, laid-off or force-terminated by DuPont or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.

How desperate are these creeps to bury this growing scandal, and to conceal the gross, if not criminal negligence of DuPont Management!

DuPont executives are about as savagely hostile and abusive to the hapless humans who moil and toil in their deathtrap DuPont plants as they come! About the only solution to this blatant Management culture of SHAM Safety is criminal investigations and criminal prosecution. The stench of dirty play and dishonesty emanates from the very top of Fortress Wilmington and the DuPont Boardroom of Derelict Directors who are there to collect their fat fees.
