Folks, I'm running out of ideas for my Sunday size up. Have you noticed? Anybody got any new topics for me that doesn't start with my whining about being picked on for bashing DD on the DD board? Being a DD investor and all, I don't understand why fellow investors, DD employees and retirees, and customers don't find my bashing informative, or at least, cute. Hey, did anyone notice in my last post how I call out DD folks for the same qualities I have as an abusive proponent & not so masked agent of MON??? "Readers, you don't see Monsanto's managers and employees day after day resorting to sleazy attacks on bloggers, systematic personal smear campaigns to suppress free and open discussion on critical corporate issues. Nor do you see Monsanto people threatening independently-speaking critics with crippling libel lawsuits and constant abuse and harassment."
Ignore my last post about employees needing to get approval to post. I wouldn't want to lie about that. After all, I get a paycheck from Dupont too--my pension check---and that doesn't stop me from posting whatever I want, wherever I want and whenever I want! Silly me!
I mean, it wasn't that long ago I was complaining about activists needing to split up the company to create value for the shareholders. Now it looks like I don't want her to get rid of the lower margin or performing units. It almost seems like I am afraid ---with the new money that will be gained to invest in seeds, crop protection and nutrition segments---that DD will continue to take market share from my favorite companies, SYT, MON, and those other ones I can't recall until something good comes out that I can compare to DD. What a dilemma! I don't know which way to lean and still pretend to be a long term student AND investor of DD.
Thanks to my fan pal for giving me the trade name. The druggist will be able to help me now when I tell him mycoxafloppin. Just in time to, as I was starting to feel as impotent as my myriad messages here and on multiple other boards.
I can't believe I ran out of Sldenafil Citrate. I don't even have tadalafil or vadenafil on hand. Since I insist on dealing with technical names and not trade names, I don't know what to ask for at the clinic, and my significant other inflatable gal won't be too happy about it. She is already ticked off that she has to sit and listen to me read my amusing posts aloud before hitting the post button on multiple boards. HELP!
I was so tired last night I didn't feel like doublechecking that little thing about Altacor. I had one of my underlings look it up this morning, and much to my chagrin, I am wrong for the second time in my life. Why would anyone call the end product by its technical name? Especially when they are being recognized with a huge "CHEMICAL" award from a "CHEMICAL SOCIETY"? I must be slipping! I thought it was a Consumers Choice award from a housewives club or something!! Well, here it is from the Material Safety Data Sheet:

Folks, In my haste to criticize DuPont on their latest award, I forgot that Roundup is actually called glyphosate in technical terms, and Impact is actually called Topramezone in technical terms. Just like Rynaxypyr is the technical term for the insecticide Altacor. Sometimes on a slow day like today I just have to grab whatever I can and run or re-run with it. You'll notice I've been quiet on this board all day, and I was getting anxious to bash DD about something, ANYTHING! Good night.
