Research on what? A company that makes nothing, sells nothing, and up until recently most analysts on WS told us was a screaming buy... Is that what you're referring to?
Nearly a month after American authorities arrested India’s deputy consul general in New York, Devyani Khobragade, outside her children’s school and charged her with paying her Indian domestic worker a salary below the minimum wage, bilateral relations remain tense. India’s government has reacted with fury to the mistreatment of an official enjoying diplomatic immunity, and public indignation has been widespread and nearly unanimous. So, has an era of steadily improving ties between the two countries come to an end? Apparently so, or as Indian government spokesperson said: "Until the US displays appropriate deference to the sensitivities, pride, and honor of other peoples and cultures, it will continue to be resented around the world."
There will be a run-up to around 850, but ot 900 pre-split... Nevertheless, MA will see the 900 (90 post-split) by start of Feb., after it reports Q4 earnings.
If they miss, I suspect GOOG will quickly close the that recent gap created after last Q's report... Still, I hope that isn't the case.
I wanted to do the same... Pick up some more puts that is, but unfortunately, I got caught up at work and didn't get a chance to do so today. Still, I agree...Monday will be the day that either seals the deal or sets us on a course back into the sub 1000 range. Also, I wasn't to happy to see gold & the USD rally again today... As well as see crude tank and the 10Yr move over 3% again. All-in-all, I'm heading into Monday will lots of trepidation at this point.
Doesn't look good as far as Monday is concerned. I should have bought more puts during this morning's brief spike.
Unfortunately, the FED is letting the air out of the balloon this time around so the 700s might be just around the corner again.
Hopefully, I'm wrong and it won't test support @ 351 (it's 50DMA) next week. Because if it does and support doesn't hold expect a major sell-off to ensue.
It's his last speech, he'll have lots to say and the markets will be litsening nevertheless for clues on what he expects Mr. Yellen will be doing.
MA will pop tomorrow... Might even close the gap by today's close.
Well what did you expect from someone who goes by the name "sweaty"... BTW, did you know smelly, sweaty or whatever his/her/its name is was an early investor in Webvan to?
