    Tomorrow

    by assumption88888 Aug 27, 2014 9:02 PM
furzah furzah Aug 28, 2014 10:44 AM Flag

    Valuation

    Mobile Broadband: 75 Mill USD
    M2M: 200 Mill USD
    Cash/Investments: 40 Mill
    Patents/Applications/NOLs: 75Mill USD

Total: 390 Mill USD Fair Value

If properly managed, Novatel Wireless would likely be trading closer to the $8 ‐ $9 range.

As such, any valuation under $9 could immediately derive significant value for an acquirer.

Within a conglomerate that could better utilize Novatel’s product portfolio and help capitalize expansion and
acquisition efforts a significantly higher valuation than $9 could be achieved in a short period of time
    time.

Today is a normal day after over 30 % in few weeks. I really like the low volume.

The market must recognize the story. Maybe 2020 Novatel Wireless has over 100.000.000 devices under management. More than 60 % of the subscribers are paying licenses.

    Novatel Wireless conference call 2Q14:

At the end of our second quarter, we had a total of 180,000 devices under management, up from a 123,000 in Q1. More than 60% of the subscribers are paying licenses. Our direct sales approach provides greater visibility into our customers’ roadmaps and service needs and it is also positioning us for participating in larger opportunities.

I think short-term and long-term it is perfectly positioned for the boom in the Internet of Things (IOT), which is expected to include 50 billion devices by 2020 and be worth $14 trillion by 2022.

A lot of room to grow for all players in M2M.

Novatel Wireless is the inventor and patent holder of the intelligent mobile hotspot category.

MiFi® is a registered trademark of Novatel Wireless, Inc.

That are nice words in the last AdHoc. I say lawsuit against ZTE (China).

Shareholders, we are in the same boat. The expenses cost are down. We must wait for the breakthrough in M2M and/or the new MIFI (global sales) for all carriers with LTE. Our cash is enough for 12 months. Our new management must restructure and expand the new or old products in this time. When this is happened, our share price is over 8 USD. When this is not happened our share price is under 1 USD.

    We must hold together.

    What We Have Learned

    by august1552 Aug 9, 2014 3:16 PM

After the 2Q they have fired the incompetent CMO Robert Hadley and Senior Vice President of Business Affairs & General Counsel Catherine F. Ratcliffe. They restructured the departments, that will save operating cost also. The bribed Director General John D. Wakelin (U.S. Army, Retired) has resigned. That are all great news for us shareholders. When the new MIFI is successful and the new management hold the operating cost in low levels, could be end in great great quarters are coming.

    Alex Mashinsky - Interim CEO

So, we’re in transition, obviously we’re currently selling the 5510 and we're transitioning it to a new carrier aggregation product. That product just went through all necessary approvals; it went through LTE conformance testing and we are just waiting for it to basically be deployed by tier 1 customers. So if you think of it -- there is hand off between the 5510 and the new product. And because again, we just started here, I wanted to make sure when this hand off takes place and that's why we wanted to make sure we've provided guidance when we know when that happens and we know what volumes are and so on.

But the new product we’re talking about is - the new MiFi product has some of the fastest speeds in the industry, it has one of the longest battery life, I mean it’s best of breed on almost all categories. So we're very proud of it. And I think when it hits the market, there is going to be a lot of demand for this product.

March 2015 is too late, i expect market entry for the new MIFI late 3Q 2014. A new real story could be, how many devices are in our cloud (N4A Software Platform).

    1Q 123.000 devices - 2Q 180.000 devices = for every device NVTL obtain fees

  • What is he for a human??? I would say, he must go in jail. He destroyed the company. He is a criminal insider trader. The suit says that during the period that they were believed to have nonpublic information about the loss of business with Sprint, Leparulo sold 473,357 shares of Novatel for $11.5 million. He bribed the Directors. The company suffers under his Mismanagement. The shareholders suffer. And Peter Leparulo, the leech, would like that our company dies. What is that man for a human??? Where is the honour???

    He is such an a........

    Unfortunately is Russel Gerns reelected.

    RUSSELL GERNS
    Re-elected For 13,949,629 40.65 %
    Withheld 1,600,323 4.66
    Non Votes 13,676,985 39.85

Withheld + None Votes are more votes than For, but he is reelected. Non Votes are almost 40 %. That is a lot.

    Where are the shares???

I hope next year the mismanager and incompetent former CEO Peter Leparulo is not reelected.

At the Annual Meeting was nothing NEW. Okay, we had a new management. That is great, because former CEO Peter Leparulo destroyed almost the company with his incompetent. I am with you, the 2nd quarter will be a miss. I hope for a new management strategy (f.e. other countries expansion or innovative new products) and a better outlook.

Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

    (b) Effective July 11, 2014, Robert M. Hadley, Chief Marketing Officer of Novatel Wireless, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from his position with the Company.

In addition, Catherine F. Ratcliffe, Senior Vice President of Business Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company, left the Company effective July 11, 2014.

Two criminal insider trader and incompetent executive team member are gone. That is nice cost cutting.

Slim S. Souissi, President & Chief Operations Officer should stay, because he is the brain.

  • The shareholders are waiting. Show us the hope in our technology. The new CEO is over 1 month on board. We suffered over 7 years. Incompetent former CEO Peter Leparulo stood for Mismanagement and Avarice. New wonder Boy show us the story.
