In the contact center market, where we maintain a leading market position, we see a particularly strong opportunity to roll out our new 2015 software release given our sizable existing customer base in this vertical. We have launched a comprehensive sales campaign and see a tremendous opportunity to upgrade our existing customers onto our new software and hardware solutions.
We will continue to focus on expanding our presence in our supply chain solution area. We have multiple subject matter experts that provide our sales teams with the knowledge and tools necessary to successfully penetrate this vertical. We are actively marketing in this space with webinars, blogs, trade show and strategic partner relationships. Additionally, we have installed several large pilots that are currently underway in Fortune 500 companies. These pilots allow us to demonstrate the value proposition of our solution to customers and represent significant potential future opportunities.
All in all, we are making significant progress in supply chain in both the United States and now throughout Europe and we are excited for the future opportunity with supply chain.
We will also continue to focus on our third solution area, internal communications. Our internal communication products allow us to target virtually any large company, including existing customers of contact center, supply chain or banking solutions. Similar to supply chain, we've been actively marketing our internal communications solution in trade shows, articles and with strategic partners. We have a strong pipeline with internal communications and continue to increase the number of customer meetings and proposals on a year-over-year basis. We will also continue to focus on delivering a robust suite of solutions for the retail banking industry. We are excited about our progress in this vertical and we have multiple large opportunities in the pipeline with global financial service institutions
In the 1Q15 report the management told us about 19 new contracts. RMGN had announced 1 new already. Where are the news flow???
I am unsatisfied with our old Board Members Sachs and Wilson coincident big Owners. They should protect us, the shareholders, from malpractice and embezzlement. That is the job as Board Member. That the owners and board members obtain huge payments for consulting and for the private placement of convertible preferred stocks. They are enriching oneself at the expenses of shareholders. That is not supporting or protecting the shareholders as Board Members.

The employment agreement will automatically terminate upon Mr. Sachs’ death and will be terminable at our option for “cause” or if Mr. Sachs becomes “disabled” (each as defined in the employment agreement). If we terminate the employment agreement without “cause” or Mr. Sachs is deemed to have been “constructively terminated” (as defined in the employment agreement), we will be obligated to pay to Mr. Sachs all accrued but unpaid salary and benefits and will be required to continue to pay Mr. Sachs’ base salary until the later of the end of the five-year term of the agreement or the twelve month anniversary of his termination date. In addition, we will be required to make a lump sum payment to Mr. Sachs equal to the lesser of (i) 2% of the enterprise value of the Company at the end of the calendar month preceding the date of termination and (ii) $5,000,000, and all unvested equity awards (if any) granted to Mr. Sachs prior to the date of his termination will become fully vested as of the termination date. The payment of any severance benefits under the employment agreement will be subject to Mr. Sachs’ execution of a release of all claims against us on or before the 21st day following his separation from service.

i am also not impressed from the management mistakes. The dilution is done. We can nothing do against it. We must look forwards. The management must give the small investors something back especially trust and profits.
