No way its worth $12.50 at this point and revenue just keep going down. If they move their headquarter to China, you may see it pops like other Chinese companies listed in the U.S. On the other hand, this stock is so predictable, every year it goes up to the teens a few times and qucikly retreat to around 9. I don't see it will breaks this trend anytime soon (2 - 3 years).
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Between XNY and ZA, I will definitely pick ZA. XNY will spend $100M +/- on real estate factory and there's not much cash left on the table after this project. ZA on the other hand will spend $16M USD on leather stores (I think its good move, most Chinese consumers love leather goods) and promised to pay $X? dividends. Its also siting $5 USD cash per share after total liabilities. If you take 45% discount on their A/R, total cash per share after total liabilities is around $7 USD per share....CEO is owned 55% of the company and it was IPO in 2011 (not like the reverse merger scam company)....
Any of the following news will be the final push to finish the cup handle shape: Revenue shows a little improve, Samsung lawsuit progess, patent deals, real estate development or new lease revenues and new deals. Don't forget CNTF still trading at $200M below its cash value in the bank....
I think its the lowest quarterly result in the last couple of years....it looks like the consultant revenue is drying up and income from Clearvale not nearly big enough to offset the drop.
Which route CNTF will take?
Everything looking great! Let's see if we can break $11 and stay above $11....one good news release will bring us to a new 52 weeks high!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Its funny that your topic is "future", but all you looking at is the "past"....the present is we got $47M cash, burning around $1M per quarter and market cap is same as cash, It will take another 11.75 years for the "free fall on day" to happen. By the way, the CEO is holding almost half of the total outstanding shares.....just read the latest conference call scripts, they are not just sitting around burning cash at the fire pit to keep them warm.
Its only at 30K shares, it has been decreasing constantly in the last few months.....I think its one of the good signs that they are expecting the share price will be increase soon.
Good to know that BVNS's shares are in the strong hands! Since, there were so many deals signed in the past few months and I think 4Q13 will be the turning point in term of turning cash flow positive.
We are moving on the right direction!!
yea, they did sign many other smaller contracts that didn't make it to the yahoo finance news....I found out on Broadvision's corporate site in the news section or just google Clearvale news....
