At the current cash burning rate, it can go another 3 years...I really hope BVSN can really turn things around, but the reality is they don't know what they are doing...so sad.
wow, after I came back from lunch and realized it dropped 0.20 cents exact the dividends amount and looking for news. but, it looks like some stop loss orders got triggered or someone waited till 1 pm and no dividends deposit and decided to sell.
Fast soared to $3 was fun, slowly falling to $1.38 is painful. Someone once said that: "Time is the friend of the wonderful business, the enemy of the mediocre.". Aren’t we all value investors?
Now, I think buyback will have much more upside impact on ZA's share price. $5.5M dividend will be able to buyback more than 10% of ZA's outstanding shares, it can easily hit $3 per share......Can you image if they declare $3 dividends and NYSE will adjust the share price to negative -$1.2 on ex-div date!!
Wow, they just drop Q&A section and hung up on the only question being asked....let's do some simple math, total cash as of 1Q14 $258M - $73M total liabilities = $185M and they expect to spend $190M on real estate from 214-2016 per 20-F....something doesn't make sense here. Pretty soon its going to change its name to "China Real Estate Faith Limited". I thought $1.4 was the bottom, now its going to be a lot lower.

I think the last day to qualify to receive the dividend around 5/13. Its going to be interesting to see how the it moves...
additionally, I also reached out to GHP Horwath, P.C. to confirmed their 20F was fully audited from 2011-2013. This is one of the few Chinese companies that's so responsive to private investors questions and requests.
