My feeling from his post unitholders in MWE were sold out by management. They, management, may have improved their position running a larger company with more benefits. I don't know whether there is a real chance to reverse the merger, or at what cost. Fox owns 1%, but what percent do the independent unitholders that might join him own? Marathon doubtless controls the mplx vote. Investors who relied on the payout lost much of that and much of the value of the units which reduces their ability torecover by reinvesting elsewhere. Sad.
