mostly share count and no offense but you may be much better off in an etf. there are a lot of moving parts in a stock price that you don't seem to have a grasp on. I suggest you spend some time reading seeking alpha articles by Michael Filloon and Steve Zachritz and educating yourself.
For anybody looking to diversify and include a good oiler outside of the bakken, check out BCEI.
They are working multiple zones and starting to test downspacing and horizontals in layers where verticals have been productive. Zman has a good article on SA about it and the cc transcripts are posted there also. Good management. Do your own DD but it has been very good for me and seems to have room to run as more pay zones are exploited and downspacing proved up.
tip, don't buy petef, it is my personal dog and I wouldn't wish it on anybody but I am down too much to walk away now so let it ride....
the fundamentals and the management of KOG are strong. It may take some time for the value to be reflected in the price per share but unless oil falls through the floor, KOG will be a long term winner. Some of us bought in the 3's, some lower, some higher, and watched it run to 9's and sit here for a year knowing that it is going to run again. Patience will be rewarded like it was with the first run.
more share volume getting locked up by tutes and investors instead of traders. not sure how to track it but maybe somebody smarter than me cann tell us if the cost to borrow to short is going up. I suspect that the free float is tightening up as the multiple layers and improved recovery rates are getting the attentiont hey deserve.
Just read the transcript and I think they were going to assume trucking responsibility from wellhead to rail terminal or pipeline head. Short trip hauling was my read
on sale today for no good reason. they missed on expected distribution but the miss equates to what they would ahve to hold back to make up for shortage when plant is shut down and expanded this quarter.
down almost 8% today so get it while you can. hard to beat a 15 - 20% divi....jmho...

average 1700 bopd...consistency....just keep hammering em out, sooner or later the market is going to notice
you forgot that KOG hasn't even tapped the third bench of the 3 forks yet while CLR is now testing the fourth bench. we are still early in this play from a technology and geological point but it takes patience. the problem is if you get out and play with the refiners you never know when KOG will be acquired. kog pps running in place is frustrating but the fundamentals indicate that it is ready for a pop. sadly, I don't expect it to happen until their first pilot project reports though..or until Iran gets too close to Israel's red line
not big and splashy numbers but profit is profit...I wish I owned something that made me $5k every day....how much of TPLM land is over RR?
You do realize that he got a majority of votes cast and not a majority of total voters eligible dont you? The great divider will go down as one of the biggest mistakes voters ever made. First president ever to nevet sign a budget. Stealing from future generations to try and keep his ratings up.
Not 2 years. More like 16 to 20 months. And they don't go dry. Even if production drops to 400 bod that is generating over $1 M per year per well for the next 10 to 20 years or until new technology allows them to rework the well to increase % recovered

agreed. seem like a fluff piece when they didn't even bother to discuss two primary sources of free cash flow going forward and how they also impact well costs and water disposal costs for TPLM.
