ORLY & AZO have grown by capital appreciation through their massive stock buyback programs, this is way better than a dividend , it was only a few years ago that ORLY was trading @ 150 & AZO was @ 400 I've been in ORLY since the April 93 IPO & still sitting on 3k shares today. In 5 years ORLY should be trading around $450 & AZO @ around $1200, so I could potentially make $700k by 2020, just as long as they can keep buying more shares, building stores, & doing smart acquisitions, I think most investors would agree. PS: I'm buying more ORLY shares ahead of tonight's earnings report just for a trade.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

I'll take the PE of 50 vs the 10b mountain of debt that HCP has any day!!

    Sentiment: Hold

There has been some speculation that ORLY might buy GPC ? they need some East Coast presence, & they also want to expand overseas so I'm hoping ORLY can find a retailer with 500-1000 retail locations? The CSK deal on the West Coast was a brilliant move!! long ORLY since IPO of 4-93

    Sentiment: Hold

with debt @ 10b I will not become a shareholder, MPW has about 2b in debt & pays a higher yield of 6% & is a great long term holding, not sure why anyone would take on the extra risk , but one caveat would be that they may be bought soon ? I'm long MPW

just bought 600 shares, not a lot but have about 50k invested just in biotech . The risk clearly points to the downside with GERN, made about 150k last year in stocks so a few grand loss wont hurt me, I'm in it for the thrill & betting on biotech is far better than casinos! My other longs is ATRS, NBS, FPRX,THLD,EPRS,ATHX,DVAX

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • MPW is one of the best health care REITS you can own !! Excellent management & steady dividend. I do think a buyout will happen within 2 years, but would certainly prefer it a stand alone company.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

GIMO having nice run after dropping to around 10, so if any company wanted to acquire them ie CSCO, JNPR they would have done so @ the depressed levels. Have made 2 trades with this stock & made some nice profits, so looking for $28-30 to sell but keeping tight stops with the low float.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

I bought NVAX @ $1.75, & knew this one was a Gold Mine, sold some too early but anyway my other home runs from my research is NBS,ATRS & FPRX . I'm long all stocks

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

you enjoy your party while you can but this company has 80m in debt & only 8m in cash ,given their high burn rate per quarter a dilution of 1 for 10 is not far off !

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

I would NOT sell , there are no plans for a stock split, this company is one the best managed companies there is, this company does well in good times & bad ,so a very defensive stock to own. I would hold this stock & forget about it, I believe ORLY will continue to build new stores as well as doing many acquisitions so I see the stock price being around $350-$400 a share over the next 3-5 years, this is based on huge growth & their massive 5 billion stock buyback program. I have worked for this company even before the IPO on April 1993 & now retired @ 49. I'm staying long ORLY!! PS: You don't sell your winners, this market does an excellent job of transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
