to me, I interpret the run rate comment as disturbing even though they mention exiting 2015 with that number, Run rate is usually a future term and may indicate growth is stagnating. All other factors involved and you get the after hours action but its merely people placing their bets on that term.
I agree with everything you said. As a new investor, its easy for me to take my position. There are others that I hold that I wish I could invest new money but at current prices but at what point do you have to just wait it out. It is painful.
I will be anxiously reviewing the results
regardless of the margin weakness, this didn't participate in the market weakness and something tells me that this will be a sell the news situation tomorrow.
I am long and will definitely sell all my trading position and will just keep the long term based on the overall market weakness.
results should be terrible and outlook has no reason to be bright. Let the market pound it and buy the weakness +2 day after settles and then dollar cost average in for bounce.
It's possible but a longshot. Some companies care about shareholders and will do what is best via the board etc. They have proven that they care less about shareholders and more about giving themselves continuous paychecks and bonuses with that remaining cash. Look to the past on what the likely scenario is since there is no activist investor to push for such a sale
yeah - that's happening ASAP. Apple has been lining up for months but PXLW has said no way! Here we go!
Bruce was a bum though
wow - finally on the lucky side of timing. I cant imagine that this bum leaving cant be a bad thing but too little too later. Who knows what funny business was behind the move.
Best of luck longs
my question to you is why are you buying? look at the history of this company and constant losses and failures. Let them prove to you otherwise. In fact, dive in when they pony up their own cash instead of buying stock with your diluted shares.
I have followed this company for years and traded it (some good . some bad) but have come to the realization that this company and its management blows. They have been around for enough time to have proven successful but the same cycle continues. Continuous losses, create false hope, raise capital / dilute when the well runs dry so that they can pay themselves a salary.
If something positive were to materialize it would have happened in the most recent bull market during the mobile revolution. With the macro picture currently the way it is, I was happy to get $2 share for my remaining position which was very minor
you coming out the woodwork as a typical after-the-fact basher? your a dime a dozen. I have no position but find it difficult to understand why $.50 per share is possible when the company is break even and sitting on $1.3 / sh in cash. Saying the company has executed poorly is stating the obvious, but there are not good and bad stocks, just good and bad prices.
While this was pumped and not worth the 4-7$ price tag, at current levels even the most pessimistic on this company (myself) would look to jump long if even just for a trade.
What other brilliant analysis do you got? I mean this in all sincerity because posts like this are good sentiment indicators. Everyone is negative short term and expect earnings disappointments. I have no clue but think we are closer to a near term bottom than top.
Disclouse - Going long today
you are killing open communication, knowledge sharing and collaboration. Radcom is an israeli company and there is overlap between the (2) as I owned it once. I welcome related news and you have no business and no right to police the board. Much worse occurs on these board.
Someone stick a lump of coal in your stocking?
You need to chill
I have followed this for a while but don't understand the valuation at all. Company is losing money and growth is slowing but still trades at a p/s of 3? There must be a ton of fluff in the stock with an expectation of a sale or something else I am just not seeing.
Why was this ever in the $30 or even $20 range? Why is it a compelling buy even at $10?
I am actually surprised that a SVP of global sales would put 50k shares of his own money in this thing unless a buyout is imminent.
question - given the company continues to lose money and with the lawsuit overhang, why should this currently trade at the current p/s ratio? Also, the timing of the CFO news is not good. Maybe this is the low with all the negative news but wonder if the price is still too high and needs to settle in lower range.
if it is so hot how come LLNW cannot turn a profit after being in the business for so long. How is this an opportunity with their focus on legal matters that will indefinitely continue. How can the market justify a market cap of $170MM with the current fundamentals?
Why is this an opportunity to buy when it appears to be an opportunity to sell?
That region specifically will be a great long term market for Ceragon, with lulls in between. YouTube modi's visit to silicon valley and you will see that the small cell market has huge opportunity in that AOW with the desire to have internet access in all remote villages, train and bus stations etc etc
perhaps another offering around the corner or fed up funds with the 'its coming' story on design wins and revenue, consequently profitability
