If I see Nat Gas RIGS decline by AT LEAST 50%, THEN I WILL KNOW THEY ARE SERIOUS.
The only one to blame are the CEO's of the Frackers. They killed the Nat gas market, but that was not enough, they had to kill the oil market. Oil/Gas in the USA has two speeds, full throttle or off. I have become very discourage regarding the overproduction of Nat gas. That is a commodity they can control since imports are minimal.
It is about time our oil competitors felt the cost of war. USA taxpayers have been paying it for years.
Take every dollar they would spend on drilling for unneeded gas and buy some bolt on oil fields. At least then you will not be losing money on every dollar spent.
Please respond that you received it, and understood the message !!!!!!
That is the $Billion question. At some point is should make a difference. We have only been in rig shut down mode for three months. It takes some time for those wells to deplete.
Wink, wink !!!
The price declined with the 10:30 Nat gas report. Not unusual.
Building Inventory two weeks earlier than last year. That will not help the price of Nat Gas. Drop those Nat Gas rigs 50%. We don't need them until 2016, when exports begin. Same the money and let those wells deplete.
Iran did say the Saudi were "treasonous" for not reducing oil shipments.
The opinions are sometimes written by a person in the fund. They are at least obvious about their intentions. Others are not so obvious and it would be nice for authors to be forced to disclose who is paying for the article.
Buyback-happy U.S. firms are prohibited from repurchasing shares from about five weeks prior to releasing quarterly earnings to about 48 hours after those reports. These blackout periods, says Goldman, may offer an especially tasty time for investors to pick up shares of their favorites
LOL, Now that tells me they are getting a bit nervous. I am sure the big money is going to be influenced by Stone Cold Capital !!!!!
I would assume since oil production is strong so goes Nat Gas. I am also not sure if electric plants keep a certain amount of Nat Gas onsite, which may get depleted at the tail end of the season, thus requiring some more refreshing. We also don't know how may Gas suppliers have followed CHK's lead and shut in production. I truly believe that we are near or have seen peak production of Oil and Nat Gas in the USA for 2015.
Not unusual to see short covering programs run on a down day. However, IMO, today was all about the price of oil going up. Not enough volume for short covering. Those, "People" are holding tight !!!!
