CHS deal closes this weekend. $2.8 Bil of cash. Once they exit the quiet period, close CHS, etc.., things will begin to improve. No competitors will be able to build a new North America or brownfield for next many years given the costs. OCI capacity will be CF capacity. CHS out of new capacity business. Competitively, CF is multiples better off than 5 years ago when a zillion new builds were announced/projected. That's not a concern anymore. Eventually, this will be a beautiful run.
