They're actually pretty good, I've seen them in AM/PM ARCO stations (where I usually purchase them), it will be interesting on how BGS positions the distribution ... I do believe, BGS is going after the COSTCO / SAMs channels, maybe as leverage to pull-through other BGS Brands, all in all a good purchase, I hope Weinner provides EPS impact on the CC
Try they only do Triple Net deals with Properties with a track record of occupancy and profitability, they divested to the EU as hedge against future ACA taxes .... Will they increase the dividend anytime soon ?, probably not ... still a good place to be in the REIT space
I thought the same, however this is a Triple Net deal ... the earnings can be kept outside the USA, thereby hedging against ACA taxation and USA consolidation (the rise of the mega-medical corporation) , I am holding my opinion until the CC ...
BGS likes the Snack niche, and PowerBars fit this ... plus a little imagination with the Brand and you could have a solid performer ... bad thing is Nestles wants big bucks, they paid $375M and will want to recover at least most of this ... Cereal Partners, a 3rd Party, manufactures for Nestles , which again is what BGS likes ... my thoughts, they need to digest some of the recent purchased Brands before expanding , but kicking tires is good ... I hope they opine on the subject
SPAM ... UA is a joke, check out the PEP Board, saying buy Pepsi @ 43 ... well last time I checked it was almost $80 ... good advice ... try again
I'm thinking a lot of the Processing assets they have coming on-line have not hit the DCF yet ... expecting about the same ... now for the Feb14' distribution, one could see a big bump ... lets hope these new Plants don't have any issues on Start-Up
it's a good speculation, however, KMI has not fully digested the El Paso purchase, if you hear on the Conference Call that the ## of Warrants retired is significant , the conversation becomes a little more interesting ...
I'm watching UNG ... it goes 18, I'm adding long and buying calls, it's all a trade ... for SWN and UPL, I'm writing Covered Calls, I've held these names for longer than I usually do and will unload UPL soon ... NG is acting odd for nearing Oct. but one good weather event and big draw down in storage, we could see a bump ... Not worried, may base (so far) is really low in all the above ...
The Bill has 3 main components, as I see it ... (1) Permit (2) Disclosure (3) Monitoring ... The Permitting will be the big one, it does not take a lot of Enviro-Green types to mess this process up ... I'm thinking this may not be so bad if (a big "if") the process stays away from litigation of every permit ... Brown has stated he wants some fracking for the Monterey Shale, and the revenue stream ... Given a lot of the Monterey Shale area is owned by Corporate farms, I see the Property Owner, E&P Company fighting the Enviro-Greens on Property Owner rights ... just another messed up situation in California
why is Shell aggressively purchasing B ADRs ? everyday I see a buyback, is there some stipulation that if float shares are below a certain # , there is some conversion ? (don't like this given tax difference) ..
