Chadwick_71: ". . . but I'm already right back in her with cheaper and deeper puts."
They may have been deep in the money then but have became out of the money quickly, haven't they?
Chad, are you sad? Admit it.
Sybil: "Sybil even saw some 3 year old skeletonz from when this pig broke 125!"
Jagdeep_m2000's skeleton? He shorted AMZN when she was in her 120's and declared that he would remain short ALWAYS!
Yep, techstrategy is deranged. After losing money on his long-term puts time after time in the last 2 years, he still thinks he knows what's going on. If he knows what's going on so well, why hasn't he made money in two years?
The loss wasn't huge, and I closed my position (with the puts I bought yesterday, not the day yesterday or before) quickly, seeing not much potential anymore. Unlike shorts here who hold onto losing positions forever, I often cuts my losses quickly. and move on.
. . . she won't test $412.32 today.
. . . to 393.
Only if there's one more pop, big enough for AMZN to hit another daily high and falls back immediately below $396.95.
Unless that happens, I won't buy puts. She can keep creeping up all day.
Good luck to all.
