What makes you say that aluminum is hot right now? The stories I'm seeing are all about raw production exceeding demand for the past several years and the negative impact that's having on AA's bottom line. There's stories about AA cutting production facilities (shutting potlines?). Do you have news about increased aluminum demand?

With that said, I'm long a small position based off of just momentum - missed the first $0.60 cents since I started watching it in April. I'd be very interested in any positive news that would support AA breaking my target exit @ $9.40...

Don't expect an increase in the dividend before September. However, they've raised the dividend every September for the past 6 or so years, so it's reasonable to expect they will announce the next increase sometime in the first week of September...

From what I've read about sapphire, it's more than twice as strong as Gorilla Glass, but also more than 20x as expensive. I think that one model of iPhone uses sapphire for the camera lens, but I don't think that they'll ever bring the price down enough on it to make it a worthwhile replacement for Gorilla Glass on the main screen.
At least that's what I'm hoping... :)

Anyone that bought in last March or April in the mid-30's would be well justified in taking some profits here. Will VZ still go up? Who really knows - but anyone that's seen a 40% return in 1 year's time is being greedy to push for much more. The stock is trading at a decade-plus high right now...

I thought I read something about Corning saying that Willow Glass wasn't going to really see use by manufacturers for about 3 years? Does that sound familiar at all? If so, is there any statement anyplace that the iWatch will be using Willow Glass?

WG is one of the things I'm really hopeful about for GLW, so to hear that it's being used NOW would be great.

Just started watching GLW about a month ago @ ~$12.40 and finally pulled the trigger this morning @ $13 - I figure I missed a half point already. I just hope this run continues...
