I probably have to read more about Sec Fillings in the US, in my own country they only have to fill out the Sec Fillings if they go above/ or below 10%, 15%, 20% and so on ...
But it seems to be a good time to increasing my position on CLCT, i'm in for the long run.
Whats matters is cash-flow, cash-flow, cash-flow for CODI investors. One of my portfolios best stock, up almost 30% including dividend since Nov '13.
I also think this is the explanation. I think the management wanted to have more money to put into the market before the interest rates goes up ( ... well if i does), if this is the case we may get hi return of the money.
While many investors looks only days/weeks ahead you have to run a company looking years ahead to succeed.
I'm not surprised of the dividend cut after placing more stocks into the market.
- Hopefully they got the new money from the stocks invested during this next Q and that it gives a nice return.
... just a few hours after i posted this, i actually got the money on my account :o
- Usually it only take 2-3 days after the payout-date before the dividend is validated the account, but this time it took almost 2 weeks.
I bought my first PSEC stocks early January, but i have still not received the dividend payment from 20 feb.
- Any other non us citizen stock holders out there with same experience?
I also hold some stocks in ARR, CODI. Dividend from these companies did get into my account just a few days after payment day.
