trade has nothing to do with me, slugger....
BLH, I agree, setting your spreads in a big gap like that is opening yourself up ....
I like it. He only loses if the stock is trading below 960 at expiration in 14 months....Of course that could happen, but its a decent itm credit spread in my opinion.
well done. i think by the end of the week you'll wish you still had shares, but hey, no one ever went broke taking profit.
like it or not, RIG management has significantly stepped up their game in the last 2 qtrs. I see immediate upside in the name. If the broader market cooperates, I'm hoping for a huge ramp to 65 in the shorter term.
disgusting ticker. it really is a sick stock. of all the stocks ive invested in over the years, this POS seems most unable to hold a gain over all sorts of time horizons....
not to mention, the phase I ruling may very well be in the next few weeks. If the result is good for RIG, and it very well might be, we could see the stock way up in short order. (and of course, crushed if the result is bad).
i agree, except Macondo is definitely not behind RIG yet. A ruling on RIG's liability/culpability, I believe is imminent. RIG will be either 35 or 60 in short order, if you ask me.
a potentially *big* announcement was coming was known,
tripling superstations to 27? seems like a good thing but no reason to buy more here,
I'm starting to think that this is where the stock falls back to 92 or something and nails the weak handed longs.
you feeling it bud? retail shortcake crumb getting eat by the Cookie monster.
so.....can we assess as of today which of the two above views are correct?
wow, funds are going to test the cook put going into ex div? A fund big enough to test the put isn't the kind of fund that is going to play hero ball. Little retail crumbs like you are the only ones dumb enough to play the game that way.
Expecting incremental improvements across the board and an overall good show. The icahn vice will definitely spur them to show operational gains. Nervous though. Need this stock to start performing finally.
Its a marathon not a sprint, nfortunately. I agree its a 90 stock.
