The guy could be selling for a lot of reasons: vesting of options, taxes or personal reasons. Its could be prudent to sell based on the weight of his holdings. I don't see it as a bad sign.
Chip Wilson sold lots of LULU stock because he initially owned 30%. He completely sold out and the company's stock has done well since.
