Ok let's see some hard facts and proof. Where's the proof? How come no one else but Citron is saying anything? If what they're doing is illegal than what most of pharma is doing is illegal. Do you understand how the business works?
Call Oliver Stone and he'll do a movie for you...lol.
You know what happens to greedy shorts.
try to read again
Citron has produced no actually proof
Do you understand what 'proof' means?
You probably believe Trump will save the US...lol.
What facts? Law is all about proof snd the accuser has none.
Only fools rush in.......
A spokesperson later told MarketWatch the company “categorically denies the allegations” in the report and accused the firm of trying to drive down its share price.
“As disclosed in our third quarter earnings presentation and further today, Valeant has a contractual relationship with Philidor and properly accounts for sales to, and inventory at, Philidor and Philidor’s network pharmacies,” she said. “We are confident in our full compliance with all applicable accounting rules, regulations and laws.”
No they didn't you are parsing their statement to your own benefit. Citron has zero actual proof...
Sounds like you are banking on 'hope'.
' wouldn't it be something if the company was actually behind allowing the price drop (no comments, etc), just to minimize the tax implications?' really? First, how would they do that? Second, have you heard of stock fraud. Why would a company want its stock price to decline? I really hope you have a good broker helping you. Not someone you don't know named Dar on a message board.
If you actually have done your own dd you would know that NRF has been the #1 liquidated stock held by hedge funds. That's why the stock went down. The smart money took profit over 17. If you noticed the volume spike two months ago you would have realized funds were selling.
Did 'Dar the Great' even notice over his navel glazing?
Right, he's made you a lot of money........in paper profit.
I was complaining about NRF share dilution and compensation years ago and it that would eventually bite shareholders. Of course many on here including Dar mocked us for it.
Hedgies have been dumping big. When you see big volume the big boys are exiting.
Hamo really screwed shareholders....
