  • Yup, bring out the CEOs to boast how great this product is, and it truly is great and I believe will save lives. What better time then when it dawns on anyone listening of how necessary a test like this is, and how you need more money to bring it to market.

Shorts reloaded after getting toasted now they gonna back it backs in spades after sub 20 comes through.

I just bought 20 puts for .15 rolling the dice the 21 oct 18, we'll see how we are Friday. I figure I'm out a few hundred VS. up a couple of K.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • The trading is too calm, they'll never squeeze them past the high of day. It might bump up a little and then melt all day then ramp at end of day as the shorts who hung on all day hoping for sell off, decide they better exit. The rest of 25mill left know 100% chance of dilution by one weeks time and are sitting back and shorting more. They'll win after they average up and dilution comes. They always win. For real how much is this companies market cap worth? dilution will put a cap on share price with it's newly valued market cap.

Not much volume on the Nasdaq site, and 14% nothing to sneeze at. But you would think all the shorts would already be scrambling realizing their play is dead money at best. Don't see this going lower until the reviews are in on the full roll out and implimintation. Providing the explanations are accurate on the 502$ this is just a waste of a shorts capital at this time, maybe they're taking a wait and see attitude for the actual dollar amount to be announced

don't know much. this stock keeps popping up on my radar. with it seemingly doing so well and all this tax avoidance stuff by U.S. companies merging with foreign corps. is their any talk of a buy out or do they have poison pill stuff in place thwart such an attempt?

    October Options Action

Don't know much about options. My guess, it's is called a strangle or straddle? Big move expected because of binary event but direction is unknown. If you look at the amount invested in total and what was put out on each side of the trade, you can figure out which way the in ester wants it to go. One way he makes a ton even after subtracting the losing side. The other way he makes on that trade what he loses on the other or close so he comes closer to even rather than just getting whacked. The seller of the option probably wins and leaves the player holding the bag.......if the CMS result doesn't move the stock one way or the other it'll be funny.....come to think of it that's probably what's gonna happen, haha

    CMS preliminary pricing timing question

    by mundeleinmike2 Sep 10, 2014 7:11 PM
genesisautos genesisautos Sep 11, 2014 5:47 AM Flag

That's true. Actually more inline with what I'm saying. Investors who own stock for the long haul believing its a great company and will save lives should get paid handsomely. People who buy a few options gambling on a short term pop, lottery ticket style, rarely if ever get paid. Actually I too am one of those people and looking for downside. I believe the masses of lottery investors are on the long side of the boat and the pricing hopes of CMS have been amped up and over hyped on this board.

    CMS preliminary pricing timing question

I was checking out the CMS site as well. I noticed in the advanced search feature it states CMS pricing announcements can be searched in real time. Also noticed it stated weekly updates were done as well, on Thursdays. 09/05/12 and 09/25/13 are both Wednesdays. Maybe a Wednesday or Thursdays it'll be released, a lot of things of this nature tend to be on certain days of the week. In my view though with all the hype on this board the public rarely if ever gets to enjoy the fruits of a multibagger unless it's sheer luck, so my wager, as small as it is, is on the down side. It's a good ole boys club that anyone posting here doesn't belong to, and unfortunately that slimy tilson guy is a member.

Regardless of the number it'll be sell the news. Too many retail investors in the stock, they'll never let them have a multibagger win.

the short interest on the nasdaq web sit shows unchanged as of 7/31. They know even one little baby mis-step and down she goes. The extension of the warranty to 8 years isn't gonna do it because the potential for that to be a positive and instill confidence in consumers and the reality that they will get better with time keeps this from being the true catalyst for people to wake up and realize this is a huge gamble. A secondary won't do it because the buyers of the secondary always have to have a win or they won't invest anymore, the handling brokerage will make sure of that. Going down 7pts after reaching a high and then 5 more the next day is pretty cool though, but their is no demonstrative overall reason in the public eye for this, although some in the know might be aware of what is lurking. Their won't be any squeeze though because the shorts know sooner or later something financial, competitive, or God forbid deadly will occur that will open the eyes.

even the announcement of right hand drive which opens up other markets can't move it. it's soooooo overbought now would be the perfect time for one of these downside catalysts to occur. The option traders see limited upside news is the best. The negative news flow is starting so hang on soon we go DOWWNNNN!
You can't squeeze a short when they know they are right.

IDK about that. maybe a tad, but the daily chart looking a little wedgy. descending bullish wedge with a big gap above might be good enough reason to use caution on the sell side, just sayin'

  • it was quite amusing watching all the press releases claim AMZN was going to blow away estimates, nothing but upside. rev. through the roof, projections for a loss but whisper's a profit, as the sheeple went in, pumped the share price prior to release and bamm, in the tank.

the exact opposite on TWTR, poor investment, user growth slowing, won't profit, muted stock action prior to release, then blast off.

TSLA pretty much trending up in a down market, analyst predicting great numbers, got a sneaking feeling over promise/under deliver will be the theme of this release......unless of course that insider information released here is true, that BEZOS, and ELON are jointly developing a START TREK style transporter.

    gotta agree, something aint right.

sold @ EOD before the real short attack begins, just under 18. still a profit so wooopeeee I didn't lose for once.

longs waiting for the big pop(myself included) need to realize something is not right....break up value not as great as everyone thinks, or the vote closer than what the press releases say and its not in the BAG

If the slide doesn't continue, I think it will, the best any long could hope for is a little ramp prior to the first release of fire phone sales data. Then that'll be the time to escape the long trap, take what it gives you cause good or bad it again sells off as it ran up in anticipation of the release and bakes it in the price.

    DEAD MONEY, IMO.
