    Current management will see to it they never have the chance, face it common shareholder's are toast! If that wasn't the case the stock would be rallying big time today. But the 8K filing gives nothing for the stock to rally about!

    So essentially, the bottom line is upon failure of the company which appears almost certain this point, the debt holder will essentially take control of the company shutting out the stockholder's of anything. Quite clever, though I have to question whether or not Speed Commerce BOD's are carrying out their fiduciary duties to ALL of the shareholder's?

    looks to me like they have been trying to sell this thing for the better part of the last 6-8 months without much success, I'm not sure 10 days will produce much. Thoughts anyone? exjim?

    Can only drop 0.10 more! What an amazing stock plummet and listen???? NOTHING BUT SILENCE FROM SPDC MANAGEMENT. I hear there is a couple of nice rooms adjacent to Bernard Madoff. Complaints have been filed, others out there feel free to contact regulator's as well. You have nothing to lose but ten cents!

    Time to file a class action lawsuit against SPDC including current management and the BOD. Nonfeasance, misfeasance, willful disregard of their fiduciary duties to shareholders, through it all ensuring that they are are compensated well through salary, retainer's, consulting fee's, stock based compensation, etc, etc. Also file complaints with FINRA and the SEC.
