Part of the problem was in the manufacturing, this small company took on too much debt and its cost to make Provgne was too great. A large drug maker could had made the same product for far less cost.
This company should had hung the for sale sign out a longtime ago, maybe when it first got patent rights or once it missed rev. expectations. No, they didn't want to throw in the towel and only now when funds are running dry are they thinking of selling out.
