Thanks SP, I did write a e-mail today also. And I did just leave a message to voice my concerns as well. This to me is a real slap in the face to shareholders. I also voted NO to increasing Officers Compensation including more options. There is a right time to get raises but not until the company is profitable and supporting itself with sales.
Sharon do you really think there is not any reason for the early selling. Do you believe it has nothing to do with Jacks form 4 selling. Come on now. Not sure what will happen to the PPS now or in the future but Jack's action is disturbing to me.
I voted NO while others here defend this #$%$ from all the Officers. They sure do not show support. But hey the vote is in for more future options.
I voted NO to there new option package item number two in the proxy. Every shareholder had a chance to vote. Now you see why I voted NO. What a bunch of #$%$, poor Jack.
I agree, where does it say July 1St for the start of re launch. Or where does it say 200 more Reps will be ready on July 1St. I think both will happen in July but there's 31 days for this to happen.
Where do we stand on progress with Mexico and Canada Approvals, Any time line and please don't except the answer of that is for Eisai to answer or update. I'm sure their in the loop.
There for sure would not be a B/O or the mention of one from Management before the June 13Th stockholders conf. The Officers have a ton of Options being voted on and they would want them in place before anything such as a B/O. JMO
bigges some people don't get it. I voted no on compensation in the Proxy. If officers exercise their options and held on to them it would say a lot. Agree they just sell period. I also would buy on the open market, if you have faith that your company was going to perform well.
Sometimes typo's are made when your hot under the collar. I think it's called venting.
Everyone do yourself a favor. Go to ARNA's web-site and open up the 2014 Proxy. Read it, at least read pages 16 through 45 on compensation. There is a lot to absorb. I voted NO to this package. I believe there will be the right time for these Officers to upgrade their pay packages, but now is not the time. ARNA needs to get to profitability before pay raises are handed out. Just look at the section of pay increases from 2011 to 2013. Jacks total alone went from 2011, $1.2 Mill. to 2013 $3.9 mill. This includes salary and all stock options. It does not include Health Ins. 401K and a few other Bennies. Please read it and you decide. Smart Officers should know when it's time to get pay increase. Also read the performance section. They say pay is based on Performance. I'm long and will stay this way because I believe in the products. I am getting tired of greedy Officers and Voted accordingly. This is America, vote how you see it.
I 100% agree, and have been saying this for two weeks. I AM VOTEING NO. These guys are rushing things along a little to fast with compensation. The officers should be buying shares on the open market like we longs do. I believe one of the officers was hired just for his experience in getting approvals through over in EU. Well how's that working out, zero for two and probably waiting for options for his reward. VOTE NO, time for shareholders to make a statement.
Do you really believe Eisai cannot make the first offer? I would think they are not allowed to make a HOSTILE takeover bid do to their agreements with ARNA. But again with friendly talk with ARNA they could make a offer. Not saying they will but it's hard to imagine ARNA would completely close the doors to a friendly from Eisai. You know the saying, everything is for sale at the right price. Time will tell. One more thing I find it hard to believe ARNA has not yet had a offer from a big BP before their pipeline advances any further.
