INTC will see 18 before it sees 22 again
Hope you can wait until the Fall before INTC puts on its yearly move. Until then the smart money is on the short side.

See you at 18
With a 5-7% market correction coming by June, this turd sinks to 18. That earnings report was bad.

satan, I've been to Vegas too many times. I dropped $800 one night at blackjack and spent $5,000 over past 2 years trying to get even. I have better luck with stocks. I only dropped around $500 on shorting BAC, but I was smart enough to get out before it was all gone. I figure if I just get 2 out of three right, I can make a nice living out of this. I've been out of work for over a year and there is absolutely nothing out there.
does anybody think this stock has a chance to go up

before next Wednesday? I bought 400 shares of INTC at $25.20. I was trying to make $400 for my kids Christmas present. When I heard that Warren Buffett bought it I thought it was safe. My company laid me off at the end of October so I was hoping I could make a little quick cash.
I can't afford to lose anymore of our savings and was planning to sell if it went any lower. Does anybody know a better stock that can make my money back?

its to late for me. I lost my 401K and my x-wifes 401K to these #$%$ theieves. Yea I know never use margin, water over the dam now. We broke up over that financial mess and the house went into foreclosure. So now she went on welfare and food stamps. Since I went on unemployment we are both broke. I think I will join those protesters on Wall Street. Lets burn it down unless they give me my money back.

Folks, the S&P 500 turned back right at its 50-day moving average Friday. Expect the 1665 area to remain as resistance in the near term. The Syria situation is likely to weigh on the market as President Obama is scheduled to give a speech back in Washington on Tuesday. As we've learned, any development on the Syria front can send stocks into a tail spin. Technically, the oversold rally that started earlier last week has come to a logical end as the S&P 500 bumped into resistance. Another leg down would provide a good entry point for a short term trade.
have a nice weekend.

How do they split the stock in a divorce?
by marcopubio • Aug 29, 2011 11:50 PM
We own 1,000 shares of SPY. I lost my job and have been out of work for over two years. Wife couldn't take the stress and left with the kids and her cat, she left me the dog. We bought these shares around the high and are down quite a bit. The lawyer says all the stocks have to be sold and the cash split up. Why can't we just settle for the market value of the shares and split them up that way? I guess we can both carry the losses on future taxes.
This is going to be fun on the house. We owe a lot more than it's worth. I didn't want the stupid thing anyway, it was her idea. That's probably what ruined our marriage, we couldn't afford the mortage, taxes and insurance. The dog liked it bark, bark!
I really hope the person in India, who has my job now, has a happy wife, two kids and a nice house to live in. I have a masters degree in CS, but my company sent my job to India where they work for 1/4 our pay. I used to pay taxes, big time, and now I get unemployment and welfare benefits. When we are all unemployed, who will pay the taxes then?
Then why did I just call Marco out in his own thread you mortifyingly stupid brain-dead twirl? Your ignorance can't be calculated !
Intel not only hasn't burned through most of it's cash, as you LIED here, Intel almost DOUBLED their cash since you posted this......are you trying to get put in jail so you can get a steady flow of meals?
I have decided to quit posting here

After INTC trades below $19. I seriously doubt INTC will ever see $20 again. That dividend looks pretty shakey, INTC burned through most of its cash. AMD will finish off this POS with better products at lower prices. The Big Chipster is done, stick a fork in it.

What does pass the smell test is that ALL of ARM vendors will have 64 bit chips out by late 2015.
Which means that MSFT will be able to introduce the NEW full Windows OS that is optimized for ARM sometime in 2015.
RT will go away because MSFT will create a FULL Windows for ARM 64.
BTW, how about SAMSUNG? Samsung is the company with resources like Qualcomm, that can really, really hurt Intel
When the full Windows runs on ARM 64 from numerous different vendors, Intel will be forced to cut their prices dramatically.
People will NOT really care if Intel says their chip is slightly faster, if it costs TWICE as much.
People will NOT care about Intel's node lead.
People will simply want to buy a product that fulfills their needs.
Intel inside? NOBODY CARES anymore!!!
Geeksphone developing $200 4.8-inch Firefox OS phone with Intel chip
Mobile By Lee Mathews Dec. 3, 2013 5:03 pm geeksphone_firefoxos
Spanish smartphone maker Geeksphone has a new device on the way running Boot2Gecko, the core of the Firefox OS experience. Unlike its first two models, however, Geeksphone’s latest is going to offer higher-end features.
The smartphone is called the Revolution, and you’ll only find a placeholder page on the Geeksphone website right now. However, the company is talking about it in their forums — and they’ve even posted a video so you can see how the Revolution and its Intel processor fare against the humble Keon.
It’s not really a fair fight: the Keon’s 1GHz Snapdragon isn’t a match for any of Intel’s mobile processors. It’s a decent chip to use when you’re building a $125 phone, but it can’t compete with an Atom.
The Revolution has been upgraded in one other important way. Geeksphone says that it will arrive with a 4.8-inch display, the largest so far for any Firefox OS or Boot2Gecko phone (at least one that didn’t start out as an Android handset and was later flashed by an enthusiast).
While specifics are scant at this point, we can take a well-educated guess at the Revolution’s price. Geeksphone is allowing customers that have paid for a Peak+ to switch to the Revolution at no charge. Since the Peak+ originally went for €149, or about $200, the Revolution is probably the same.
They won’t be taking a bath on the gratis upgrade, so it’s a good bet that Geeksphone will retail the Revolution for right around $200. That’s a good price for an Intel-based smartphone, and it’s also well within reason. While the Atom isn’t common in low-end phones, it’s not unheard of.
You can pick up the ZTE Geek on Amazon for $219, and it sports a slightly larger display. Will the upgraded hardware and a price point that’s still very reasonable be enough to get folks excited about Boot2Gecko and Firefox OS? Only time will tell, though it would be nice i
