Barron's insists the stock isn't worth more than $25. What do the CEO and the COO say? Who's buying shares of FB internally? No one.
Only way to get the shares up is to make Sandberg resign. Period.
Sentiment: Sell
Definitely. FB is on its way to myspace.
Sandberg refuses to resign, more lawsuits to come.
Board of directors offers no vote of confidence, no guidance, nothing. Sell sell sell !!
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Zuckerberg and Sandberg start selling more shares to prove they are superior to wall street, investors and the 47%.
Short at will.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
And so what ...... just a trading stock, twisting in the wind. Barron's says it's worth $25 tops. It's not going higher.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Investors continue to barrel into FB due to the timely resignation of Sheryl Sandberg former COO.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
How many, do you know how many posters have put that up in the last 6 months? Face it, the stock has no legs, because mgmt. doesn't care.
It's that simple. This is the worst example of power mad groupthink in history. Pathetic.
It's one thing for a company to play for the long term. It's quite another to basically tell people we do what we want and you're an idiot to invest in us while we alienate the entire institutional investor world.
MGMT change is the only answer here.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
I think it goes further down for one reason, and one reason only.
This company doesn't care about its stock price.
Its fascinating how a stock will trade when its leaders have no commitment or respect for investors.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
but will fade right back to $24. No real support, just trading in the wind until someone in mgmt. or the board resigns.
Sentiment: Sell
It's that simple ...... resistance to resistance at $25 is futile.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
No argument. It's a support free stock, hanging in zero gravity. Pathetic. Worse investor relations and commnications company in history.
Short at will. Who will support the stock? Now channeling to $18-$25 and shareholders don't care, COO doesn't care, CFO doesn't care.
Sandberg should resign already .....
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Can't even get above $25. This is mgmt. malpractice. What a swindle.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
I hope it falls back to $18. Just to see Zuckerberg have to admit he misled investors. Sandberg resign !!!
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Until mgmt. comes to their senses Barron's says FB is worth $25. After the sell off I suppose we will find out finally if this stock can go to $30 again.
Sentiment: Sell
Don't thank anyone but Sandberg and their pathetic Investor Relations group.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Barron's also says FB is worth no more than $25. Perhaps we'll finally see who's right at the stock holders' mtg next week.
FB is a buy when Sandberg resigns. Period.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
lol
Is this coming straight from the top? Sheryl Sandberg's kids?
If Sandberg resigns and announces a new search engine partnership, maybe. Else. dreams are nice.
Sentiment: Sell
Sorry, but with this mgmt. team, zero accountability and overwhelming antipathy, they have undermined all faith respect and hope of this being a true GOOG or EBAY stock. Unless this mgmt. team gets a babysitter, institutions aren't going to buy into this drama queen stock.
Maybe when there is a new COO and the revenue doubles, and institutional investing is over 50%. right now this is a reality show gone bad. And investors should let this bunch know it loud and clear.
Sentiment: Sell
COO Sheryl Sandberg announced today that she recently found out that she is unexpectedly pregnant.
She intends to tender her resignation at next week's shareholders' mtg that she will be resigning as COO of FB immediately. "I'm leaning out now for everyone's good" the pretty perky and wealthy COO quipped.
Shareholders' supporters of immaculate and non immaculate conception were stunned and overjoyed beyond any and all belief. FB stock jumped to $36 in literally hours on massive volume of 500 million.
"Mazal Tov" to Sheryl and her family was heard all thru the FB message board, but especially from Marissa Mayer. The joy spread like wildfire. "We cannot thank shareholders' enough for their best wishes, myriad gifts of champagne and even FB stock donations".
"She is doing the right thing and I couldn't be happier for her. God bless her and her happy family", chortled both investor relations at FB, and Marissa Mayer.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Sheryl Sandberg.
Sentiment: Hold
It's SANDBERG ..... and she should resign. Hopefully after the shareholders mtg.
