Have fun Monday morning. Nothing I say matters. Insiders dumping like crazy and huge dilution in low $4's is all that has to be said. Plus late Friday night shady sec filings is icing on the cake. Pre market vrng will trade under $3.60 Monday morning
At the end of the day settlement expectations got way too high bc of seekingalpha writers. Vrng management might be praying and dreaming about a $300 mil settlement. All the talk of billions etc could just be total nonsense. Insider dumping and huge capital raise tell me the stock is close to fully valued based on vrng win or settlement. Management is telling you they would accept $300-$500 mil and then you have to back out taxes and costs and then factor in that there are 100 mil shares fully diluted. Remember when they did the merger they planned on doing a reverse split bc try thought the stock could drop under $1. Management doesn't believe in the lawsuit as much as seekingalpha bulls
Nothing like shady late Friday night sec filings of major insider dumping. Say what you want. This is immensely negative. Monday morning blood bath on tap
Anyone justifying insiders dumping like crazy in low $4's is ridiculous. These guys all have tons of insider info. Huge red flag. Stock will be going back to $2-$3. There would not be huge insider selling and dilution in low $4's if stock wasn't fully priced based on vrng winning the lawsuit. Longs should be outraged by the behavior of managementment. Even Ken Lang and the CEO is dumping shares. Saying it was pre planned blah blah blah is Lao ridiculous bc ip protect didn't even merge into vringo until recently so it couldn't be that pre planned. Red flags everywhere that management doesn't believe in the case as much as bullish seekingalpha writers who are dreaming
I am no expert on sec filings but it looks like a half dozen vrng execs exercised warrants/options and sold shares at the end of this past week. Major dumping in low $4's?? Any comment?
go stare at all the execs that joined trov in the past 6 months. elite people. thomas adams, the founder of $3 bil genprobe, is the chairman of trov. top cancer dr's on advisory board. whole old management team from sequenom
Trov up big since this post, vrng down big. Nice call. I'm in trov now instead of vrng. Got to listen to what the market is saying and it's saying trov is going higher. Lots of uncertainty with vrng
