Yes, that is also considered manipulation. There is no accountability, and there should be, is my point. Unfortunately, in today's trading the algos and expanded base of home traders/investors do follow and listen to these guys and their wild predictions causing volatility never seen in the past. For day traders, I guess this is good but not everyone is a day trader.
Yes it would be. Fraud is when these guys (via their access to mass media and financial news wires) make an effort to do or say anything to manipulate the stock price of a company to promote their agenda.
Not a holder of SCTY and not saying SCTY is worth more than 20, but I would not pay attention to anything Axiom says, They lost all credibility when they're still harping FSLR deserves 14. Axiom should be shut down for fraud.
