Doing my part to pollute the Hudson. What can I tell you--IBS is serious business. Much like the apparent crush Wensky has on you. Hey, live and let live I say. Next stop $30!
Guessin probably really a 5 in sheeps clothing... What the he'll do I care? GNI a rising tide much like the stall I just destroyed. Word to the wise-- sent a howitzer down stall#2 today. Squatters beware. Full disclosure-- Long 12 boxes of GNI
Look under "Ownership" and click on Major Holders. Bares had been long about 3million and change and now its a shade over 2.6 mil. Clearly getting tired of the underperformance, shenanigans, and tomfoolery by INTL management.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Might have a pop back to $24-5 range. Still holdin out hope. But This thing is starting to look like the bloody log I I fired off last week when I did my own squeeze and flush after eating at the new falafel stand on 42nd.
Neither do insiders Veitia and Nessler who couldn't dump their shares fast enough...go on, take the money and run!!!
Why even report when you have to go back and report the prior 3 years? Please just get your house in order and learn your business before this becomes the next MF Global.
INTL has simplified the whole thing. 1) falsify financial reports 2) issue shares of stock to yourself based on false reports and numbers you didn't really achieve 3) authorize stock buyback to provide a floor for the stock and bid the stock up if necessary 4) sell your shares at whatever price--it doesn't matter since you don't have your own money in it. 5) repeat every quarter/year as necessary.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Not to worry though. Management will not return the shares they awarded themselves by overstating INTLs performance the past several years. Very convenient too, that the Hanley numbskull gets 100k shares when he left INTL then subsequently takes over a trading firm. Coincidentally, INTL goes from$17 to over $20 just in time for him to dump 40,000 shares. Hmmm... That is weird. He must have just gotten lucky. I'm sure there was just so much demand for this stock that it just happened to reach a price not seen since a year earlier. Who doesn't love a small-cap with declining earnings and no business model?
