Loko i think your a great poster with alot of good insight? But lets be practical what can he say? We are going to be approved its up to FDA but i got a feeling. No worries on the labeling FDA loves us. We actually are above average on PR conferences compared to rest of pharma companies, not much to say when there is nothing to say. Unless we want more fluff i guess :)

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Still waiting on a reliable link to this---) Teava also likely believes that they do not have an AB-rated approbvable product and would have gladly divested their filling if the Mylan transaction were to occur., and/or (2) even if they had an AB-rated generic, they believed for this unique product where parents/caregivers likely would demand - and pay - for the "real thing". Teva night have believe that an AB-rated generic, even if they had to divest, would not have caused that much pain to the overall Epipen franchise.
Therefore, in any scenarios (ours where we don't believe Teva/Antares have an AB-rated product, or the other two scenarios depicted above)"

Stocksandmorestocks you are CORRECT, as I verified all through Jack this morning. I had asked him that question as well as numerous others such as how the bonus plan worked, his thoughts on the SP from 5's to where it is currently, asked about SUMA labeling, leadership retention, where they ranked with PR releases & conferences? All very informative stuff to hear directly from an employee not just a thought out loud.

Feel free if my fellow long investors that have my email to shoot me an email and I can send the responses from JH.

Which is all find, someone has to be the escape goat, but to blame management when all 99 percent of the people on this board know is a number flashing red & green that dictates a SP not a always a company's end game and surely not the best way to judge a company's performance. We cant force what other companies haven't given us PR on, We cant tell FDA you SAID you Said we would have something on sumatriptan by now. Look at chipotle when they were trading at in the 400's and dropped half, oh NO the management and franchise rules and regulations must blow... Wait are they trading at 600's now must have completely redeveloped the franchise and fired all management around the nation and started over. Frustrated a little with share price sure, do i blame management I dont know the day to day operation well enough to to place blame, do I think we need better PR absolutely is there a time when we will get better info to release a PR most definitely. until then i will let you all entertain me on a screen, about a management team nobody knows, a logistics team we have never seen, and a pharmaceutical quality assurance and validation procedures work we know nothing about. Hate all you want, say what you will, but I make my own thoughts & action plans ;)

Loko I can concur on alot of that being from pump, but will not contribute all of it to there pumping, they were out of it long before it gained 5 status. I think they helped it to gain 4 range but not into the 5's, i think some of it was the fact people thought The big O was going to skyrocket right out the gates (even though it was stated it was a slow process for this type of drug). and we would be profitable in no time. I would be lying if i said i knew we wouldn't be, i thought we would have been profitable by 2nd quarter of this fiscal year. But oh well, when at first you dont succeed try try again.

Thomas Edison's teachers said he was "too stupid to learn anything." He was fired from his first two jobs for being "non-productive." As an inventor, Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb.

So bear tell me how about atrs pharmaceutical quality assurance and validation procedures work? Do they use an annex 3 or annex 10 procedure on pipeline products? Exactly you don't know! So come back when you have a clue on how things are remotely ran, share price doesn't always dictate a company's success. Look at acad ;). Tell me how we were are less successful as a company now than we where trading in the 5's? Strange isn't if, get a clue!

Feel free to come back with a very uneducated response I can shrug off and laugh about :)

  • I love coming onto this board from time to time now and enjoy listening to so many people & there speculation on how horrible management is and the job they are doing. When currently none of us are CEOs at a device driven specialty pharma company, none of us have a clue on day to to day operations of ATRS. Obviously if we did we would tech. be insiders or perhaps entangled in illegal activity. We are currently a Micro pharma company that is growing in the right direction, as fast as id like? NOT even close but i DONT know the day to day operations but i know FDA is pain to work with and takes TIME. Im young and i got time on my side.

Well put, very frustrated to say the least. The market is just that alot of speculation & games played other wise we would all be rich. Even though the guidance hasn't been given straight forward id like to believe they have a Very well thought out stratigic plan. I still like the direction of the company it hasent changed in the past 3 1/2 years since i first purchased this stock besides gaining stronger pipeline and clear goals going forward I just hope in time as we grow the PR begins to take a more clear and stronger traction as well.
