  • Just search for this: Antibiotics R&D to get critical lift by executive order, Obama advisory group
    September 19, 2014 | By Emily Mullin

Short article but it indicates that the focus is gravitating towards focusing on developing new antibiotics.

as of June 30, 2014 was $11.9 Million.
They have a $20 Million agreement with Lincoln Park which bought 500,000 at $4.00 bucks. This is a 30 month agreement and they have at least $17 million left.
The stock is at $2.24, you can bet this will get to $4.00 bucks again...possibly by December.
Price targets maintain around $7 but I expect them to double after the news in December.
Actually it has been a great year for RXII, even though the stock price hasn't reflected it....it will in due time.
Geert kind of messed up by the way he distributed news and cost me a brand new car at the very least, so I hope Geert will learn. I actually like him and think he will continue to learn how to disseminate news in an investor friendly way that will actually help the stock price instead of destroying it.
It appears they want to disassociate themselves with "Over-Hyping" or "Over Promoting"...which I definitely didn't think they were doing this.
They need to fine tune both their drug and their press releases.
They should dominate this market if they keep up with this pace and that is big money.
    Way Undervalued.

    Nick
    Where is this information at?
They have to know something by now...Kriegsman didn't act as though he knew it would work at conference last week and he wasn't positive on OS data on STS that is due out soon.
He has mentioned the word "trend".
I think that this will be approved for STS and that alone should be plenty to fund and make money.
My response is: Of course they know something we don't. Kriegsman is super Greedy and he will want to know the very minute details available.

    Hey Nick
    I respect your posts.
That is the pattern of this company and its leadership, they know more than they communicate, but believe me...they will always inform us of Good News, but they will try to time it to their Benefit. Negative News: Well, they will try to bury it...if they can get away with not communicating it they will try to get away with it.
You know if they would actually BUY Shares (instead of giving themselves options every December) now when this stock is beaten up very, very Badly that would be at least half way positive. BUT, I am personally Sick of Kriegsman just flat out giving a TON of FREE shares EVERY Year. They should have to buy those shares like we do.
It really flat out burns me that we have a drug that could/should be a Multi-blockbuster and these Thieves we have as management just Rob us every year and they give themselves shares at the lowest prices.
Kriegsman should NEVER sell CYTR if he truly believes, because the Money he has from RXII, GALE, his enormous salary here and all the other perks he receives from speeches and being on the Board of companies...he has Plenty of money. So he shouldn't have to sell a single share for money here.
Wait until November or December and I bet ya that they will Grant Themselves a ton of FREEBIES Again.

They could very well have positive inclines on Overall Survival on STS or an incline on GB may work, they will use it to their advantage. These guys are MASTER Manipulators.

Kriegsman is one Cocky man....using the word "Multi-Billion Dollar Company" and comparing to Amgen was it? I can't recall, but some company that is huge as in $50 Billion company...but, yeah, that is what he is making references to.

Let me tell ya though: If Aldoxorubicin would somehow, someway cross the BBB in humans and actually work...Holy Cow, that would truly be something and this would go up in Multiples. This is worth a $3 ticket...but I wish we could get rid of management!
    Good Luck to Everyone!

One thing I learned is to NEVER post that you sold on a message board...it can mess the vibe up.
Plus they want to find you and hang your #$%$.

    Haha
Dont' think it will happen this way as the SEC didn't find the #$%$ to be a "#$%$" and that's not how it works.
Technically they didn't break the rules, for morally they broke all codes.
They are trying to take it down to around 2.64--65 level. That is where my buys will be. It appears today 2.78 is providing some support, but not much left after that, but it broke below 2.77 and I'm afraid it means more pain for a couple more days.
Nice try and I see you are convincing some to capitulate. There are suckers born everyday, now how would you like to #$%$.

Roth Capital analyst Joseph Pantginis maintained a Buy rating on Biolinerx (NASDAQ:BLRX) with an $8 price target, after the company presented promising preclinical data at the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO) 2014 Annual Meeting showing potency of BL-8040 in combination with a FLT3 inhibitor treating FLT3 mutated AML in mice.
Hey Folkies, that is a 400% increase and I wouldn't be surprised if it was raised to double digits.

I didn't write this down but I believe it was 2009, about 5 years ago...it was when Ahn was CEO at RXII and not yet at GALE.
Those two characters are quite the pair.
I believe it was on insidercrow site, can't recall?
It is definitely publicly available and should of just wrote down the site, I really think it was insider crow but don't have my usb storage handy to give you other sites to look at...but there are many.
Hey look...Aldoxorubicin just may be a good thing and if there ever was a time to ADD here...it is right NOW.
This is getting Oversold and I am being serious.
If I had any dry powder I would use on it this one. AVI.Morax, even you know that this is oversold.
No AVI, I have always known Kriegsman to be a dishonest person, a greedy person, a non-caring person, a disrespectful person...ok, just a #$%$ Bag, alright. But enough is enough for this guy to continue to get away with this year after year, month after month and day after day...there comes a time when you have to think about shareholders and not treat yourself.

That said I don't think he didn't attempt to succeed, he just robbed the shareholders until they were broke. He would rob Peter (being the shareholders) to pay Steven Kriegsman and cronies. He sticks with what works...he is Definitely Over-Compensated and Should unquestionably without ANY Doubt be Fired.
Approval should be by 2017 for STS and they can combine this with several other drugs for several other conditions.

I am a trader with SYN...I say it how i see it Buffoon Boy.
I could tell people when to buy and when to sell but they would do what they want anyway. Do you buy from what people say on a message board, you Buffoon?
Once you learn that stocks trade from Momentum and Patterns formed by catalysts of the company, you will learn that there are flows...you can go with it or just hold or add to it.
    The choice is yours.
By the way...I began posting when the price was 1.07 on SYN, isn't the price over that? Hasn't there been an opportunity to take 300% gains since I began posting? Oh, you didn't ..sorry, but I can't fix stupid.....Stupid.
If there is a down period coming in my opinion I will try and tell it, but people on message boards tend to listen to what THEY WANT to hear anyway.
Yeah...blame it on Gizmo, you #$%$ imbecilic buffoon. Look in the mirror...there's your blame. Freaking idiot.
Just because you don't have a clue how to trade doesn't do you any good to copy and paste posts.
Am I pumping CYTR and I am a shareholder?
There are positives and negatives to EVERY stock. I say it how it is and it isn't good right now for CYTR
I am Privileged that a Buffoon such as yourself would compare me to a CEO...you little sheople...now go run off a cliff....Baaabaaa.
I had to take you off of ignore to read your post...pardon me for forgetting about you and your ignorance.
Now back on ignore and enjoy talking to yourself and whatever else you do to yourself.
    Idiot.
Now you can Copy this Post and shove it up your #$%$!

Just to clarify...Kriegsman sold for almost 4 months straight multi-times per week, just driving the price of RXII down. AFTER he sold he immediately dumped 500,000 shares in ONE day of CYTR. Now do you believe if it was the other way around that he would of did this? Absolutely NOT. This guy is something and has gotten away with doing this stuff for YEARS and YEARS, now he is Fearless.
Every year at CYTR he just gives himself a boatload of shares, along with the other colleagues/BOD's that are in bed with him.
    Why doesn't he get fired?
If you were getting FREE money and you KNEW the Results of a Trial was going to be Stellar and you magically received all these FREE Shares in your Account just a couple days prior to trial news, would you fire the guy who placed those shares in your account?
If you had business ethics and morals you could, but Kriegsman picks and chooses his colleagues carefully so he can maintain the Masterful Manipulator that he is.
They ALL should be FIRED....This is like a College football Scandal in which the entire Administration along with Coaches are in on paying their athletes.
You can't just fire one Bad Apple and expect the rest to remain uncontaminated.
I could write a book on Unethical Business and Kriegsman would be the ONLY character. He is a rotten apple that HAS to go.
Dumping 500,000 shares that WE...the shareholders owned AFTER he dumped his personally on a daily basis for almost 4 months straight and takes the price from $6 to $2.
Wouldn't you believe that a CEO who actually cared for his company would try to get the highest price for the company instead of himself or at least the same price....but NO, he took care of himself and received over double.
Freaking #$%$, he is so lucky he kisses #$%$ and takes care of the rest of his Ponzi's.
Think of the GREAT things that could happen with this company if ONLY we had Great Management!

I am going to ask the shareholders of CYTR ... including myself with close to 10,000 shares to vote to see if Kriegsman should be fired or is he should stay. Thumbs up for Fired and Thumbs down for Stay. I think you all know my sentiment....It FIRED, but can't give myself thumbs up.
I am going to give you just the tip of the iceberg about how he has cost us...and believe me when I say the TIP, I mean the tip:
The Dream Team and CYTR were in bed together, along with GALE...if Galenas CEO has to go it is a no brainer that our CEO has to go. Kriegsman was on the board of gale...you think you had the warm and fuzzies? He was probably excusing himself to the restroom so he wouldn't #$%$ his pants, or he probably just skipped the meeting.
RXII CEO, GALE CEO and CYTR CEO are/were colleagues and Ahnn and Kriegsman played "Copy Cat" all of the time...when one sold they BOTH sold, but if was Kriegsman first... if GALE's CEO was such of a "Follow the Leader" type of fool, he may still have his job, but he sold. Geert of RXII is probably the Exception to the group, he undoubtedly has more Morals and acts as though he cares for RXII and is trying to separate himself from Kriegsman's insanity. He buying RXII
Kriegsman is a HUGE SELFISH Thief.
OK, When CYTR spun off their RNAi technology into RXII, Kriegsman received over 200,000 shares and CYTR received well over 2.5 Million shares. Kriegsman sold shares almost daily for THREE Months straight just Driving the price of RXII Down. Once he sold all his shares with through small sales, then he REALLY stuck it to RXII and did a HUGE Disservice for CYTR shareholders...he DUMPED 500,000 after he PERSONALLY was finished and drove the price down. So if ANYONE on this board believes that Kriegsman has OUR best Interest....Think Again....Because he is a #$%$ BAG at that is a good word for him. That's just the VERY Beginning of what this THIEF, this #$%$, has did to CYTR. He killed RXII in 09, but now there are all buys for RXII

I agree mybiotechs...I am long here.
They did "EDIT" the SA' writers though...this in itself says that they KNEW what the Dream Team was ALL about. Now was this an SEC Violation? It must not have been because you don't have to hire an intelligent human being to put 2 and 2 together and prove it. Either the investigation is not true or they have #$%$ hired that couldn't follow a squirrel up a tree or it was just an immoral act which the SEC will not do anything about. Speaking of the SEC, you really have to mess up bigtime before they will step in...so they may have said you crossed the line, don't ever do it again and just warned them.

I want $2.25, run it down and stop messing around with petty taunting.

THLD -- very good company and that one should be $10 bucks right now!
Kriegsman thinks he knows it all, but he is just a USER. Check out what he did to RXII and all his sells...he made sure he sold his shares before any of CYTR shares could be sold. Very Selfish.
Take a look at what he did to GALE...but then everyone did it to GALE.
He is a BAD Influence and a Horrible Example of how a CEO should conduct himself. If they give out options to themselves after DUPING those who bought the Public Offering at $6.50, they should be Ashamed of themselves and not only fired, but put in jail and sit there for about a min of 5 years. They stole money last year from us, they basically wiped the stock out by being Dishonest and now they better not hit us with a third punch by Giving themselves options for their so called "Hard Work". I bet ya come December, they will.
    B.S.
The combinations with Aldoxorubicin...that is out of my league to give an opinion because I don't know how they interact and do not understand if there would be any Synergistic effects.
This GBM is basically a test pilot to see if it works. I believe they are doing this correct, but have no clue whether it will work or not, but we should find out 1st half of next year...if it works, expect a presentation at ASCO and the stock should SOAR.
I would love that, but management, not so fond of.

Sign up at CTIX website for emails. You can get almost everything from the website that you need. Always go over the 10Q's and 10K's.
Back in the day Leo would answer all my emails very quickly, now I have a feeling he is bombarded with more than he can handle.
This needs to be moved off the otc, I'd say within a year. I believe they are waiting for more evidence of the big 3 or one of them at least.
This is just establishing higher and higher bases, a good company with high ownership inside, they communicate very well...hopefully they will when things don't go there way sometimes also...which is a sign of True Leadership as I have observed some pharma's trying to escape from a failed pilot study, as far as releasing a pr.
This can jump up pretty quickly, once the ball gets in motion as you have seen the past three days, but expect a pullback next week, unless we receive some excellent news that cannot be ignored or dismissed as increased valuation.
