    GBM Ph II Trial

BBB Therapeutics is one of many developing liposomal forms of Doxorubicin. They have their drug 2B3-101 in a phase II for GBM. I believe it is fairly well documented that many forms of Liposomal doxy CAN pass the BBB....so I am sure that CYTR will PROMOTE this like CRAZY when they discover this.
For those interested take a look at this drug: 2B3-101 and take a look at it to make some possible comparisons with Aldo. I am interested to hear what others discover as I have not read much.

One of the several things that concerns me regarding this trial is Toxicity. Take a look at the Mouse models and you will see that the doxorubicin is seen in all over and not just the tumor.
This is pure Poison that could potentially be leaked to Healthy parts of the brain. It doesn't take much to cause considerable damage.
This trial will be a huge gamble and I can see why enrollment is slow. It wouldn't surprise me to see this trial stopped by the FDA down the road for SAE's. There are three places in the body in which chemo is very dangerous as far as side effects and those are liver, pancreas and the brain.
Somehow in GBM patients - the brain allows Albumin to pass the Blood Brain Barrier in excessive amounts which allows the tumor to accumulate nutrients/proteins. (By the way - this may be another way of treating GBM). Anyway, that albumin can leak in small amounts in various parts of the brain -- whether that leakage will be Enough to actually cause Aldox to break up as it does take acid to break...is another question.
There are a LOT of Unknowns here. This Uncertainty along with not many significant Catalysts for CYTR in 2015 may be enough to hold the stock below $5.
I believe that the STS trial will be successful.
CYTR has several law suites...will they amount to much? I doubt it, but it is somewhat of a dark cloud lingering.
Kriegsman now has more power than ever which proves in this business that it is not about the shareholder but how you can continue to dupe and gain new shareholders.
CYTR probably has a drug that will work for SCLC and STS, that should be the focal points.
GBM - it is a long shot. I feel that it will NOT prove to be effective enough ...considering it passes the BBB and is not overly toxic. CYTR already says that they need to have other drugs combined with Aldoxorubicin to be successful...go back and ready PRs you will see.
CYTR also has its ways to slip negative news in like its nothing...which is another credit to CEO.

It's called 225 Million outstanding shares and probably add about 100 million more in 2015 if the stock stays below .15 cents. If it stays below .10 cents, they are in flat out trouble as it would make NO sense in buying ISCO...they are an absolute minimum SIX Years away from approval, probably more like 10 years and by then you are looking at well over a Billion shares outstanding. The chance that this gets to a buck is slim to none and if it does, the shorts will bring it right back down along with the Semechkins. The Semechkins are digging themselves a hole and they are counting on shareholders to bail the out...they are going to have to hold a very LONG time to get their money back from all the shares and they are too DUMB to see what is occurring.
Yeah, they are keeping ISCO business operational and it appears to look good from the "outside" but they are going to need a miracle with Rohto to partner up with some major cash and Rohto will have a major advantage due to the finances of ISCO.
When a stock is at .10 cents and has a market cap over $20 Million with NO products in a clinical trial...hmmn. That's a LOT of shares outstanding ...think of how much money has to be made to just make one cent profit.

    Quick Correction: IND vs NDA

Continued: ISCO was hoping to have $25 million in revenues
Everything they announced on their Investment Highlights was supposed to occur two or three years ago, so for New investors it may appear to look very good.
Now things can change...but it will take quite a significant change and those kinds of changes are rare. They are still Spending too much which will hurt the shareholder. I would make it a rule: No more dilution until this stabilizes at .20 cents.
Just Horrible management with dilution occurring at the absolute WORST of times when dilution should take place when stocks are HIGH, not 52 week lows....that right there is a sign of a stock that has been MAJORLY mismanaged.
So when I read some of these posts and people are wondering Why the stock goes down with Good News....It's not Rocket Science Folks...Pretty Simple to Figure.
These guys could have $50 million in cash and they would find a way to be broke within two years with very Little progress.
    Bottom Line: Management

People are wondering why this stock keeps going down. For this one it is all about Demand...Dilution introduces a LOT of new shares to the float, the MM's will have plenty to play with. That's a no brainer on why the stock is going down.
I could be wrong because I haven't read the last 10Q or the latest purchase agreements, but it used to be the Semechins would buy for two or three cents below the price...and after about three of these deals the shareholders were fed up with this as it caused the stock to crash from a strong .27 cents to around .14 cents....then they did this a couple more times and I have lost track with what's going on, but as I said above it's ALL about how this company has been managed.
It is SO Frustrating to a shareholder who observes some promising technologies and management just completely blows it by NOT understanding how to Successfully run a business.
Just think how many shares will be Out Standing IF a Parkinson's Stem Therapy is EVER approved...it will ALL come back and bite the shareholders when there are so many shares that it completely Devalues the company.
One thing could Save this company from the above scenario and that is STOP the dilution right NOW...If it means ending R&D for a while or laying off people or ...you have to do what you have to do. I know it can be accomplished as I have seen this before.
I invested in CTIX at .23 cents a share and up and that company has gone way up because of NOT diluting...they only have TWO employees..now 3, they Seldom dilute, they get things ACCOMPLISHED Quickly (ISCO -in super slow motion), they establish Multiple partnerships, they achieve multiple grants, they Sacrifice their personal Salaries, they own most of the company from day 1, they Believe 100%--- I could go on and on.....JUST the Opposite can be said about ISCO.
I believe they may have the technology...but can they get the trials going without polluting and destroying the company with dilution?
    They already have hurt ISCO.

Look: I've been in and out of this stock for years and until their stem lotions can actually pay ALL the bills...salaries, research and development and clinical trials this will not move up. They Dilute constantly and the plan was by 2013 to completely stop doing this....well the plan also included filing that NDA for Park and much higher expectations on the lotion and other business side.
The dilution HAS to stop for this company or the shareholders are going to get Busted big time by the Semechkins when this does have a good run they will dump these millions of shares they have been purchasing for nothing and will flat out rob those that will not see what is happening. Once they sell a good majority a Reverse Split could occur...after that would be the time to Enter.
If there was NO Dilution that had occurred in 2014 and very little expected for the NDA then I would of held my shares, but the dilution has never stopped.
They can hope this overseas research deal comes to fruition because that would help. How Much? Depends.
It really bugs me that this company has run itself into the ground by MANAGEMENTS F-UPS ..(the Semechkins) -- they have completely botched things up that literally put this company behind 3 Years and has cost the shareholders Millions as you can see the price under .50 cents... it could of been $5 bucks by now if they didn't make mistake after mistake. They should be about ready for Phase I results, but they haven't even filed NDA yet.
HORRIBLE management will flat out destroy a good company. I have witnessed this in so many biotechs in which they had great prospects only to LOSE everything because they didn't know how to manage certain situations.
ISCO -- does have some interesting technology, but they have dropped the ball so many times and cannot get their act together on either side of the court--clinical or other businesses...which makes it very tough to make a decision on should I buy or sell. Just know when to take Profits here

Actually I wouldn't be surprised if Greedy Kriegsman was trying to find out more about Aldox by allowing Illegal Prescriptions to people that are way "outside" the lines of enrollment criteria.
If you give this guy an inch (by allowing compassionate use) he will take it to the line and cross it if he can get away with it.
This guy has been walking on thin ice for years and one of these times the ice will break.
This could just be the beginning of a whole new nightmare.
Just another of the stacked reasons that CYTR needs Quality, Ethical Management.

    Nick
All I know is that we are NOT hearing everything and they sat on the news. They don't care about their investors.
Trial Timelines to remain Unchanged...well, I hope they are correct regarding this. They could of been much more specific to educate their shareholders.
We're not ignorant as Kriegsman has treated his shareholders for years now and somehow hasn't been ousted after the unimaginable sells of RXII and GALE he personally had at higher prices when they split and then sold the Shareholder's CYTR shares for DIRT...flat out ripping the shareholders off directly after making himself very wealthy. So if a train were coming he would use us for a shield. He is a total #$%$.
Shareholders shouldn't find material info out on a blog before the company releases information?
    Why?
Did they feel the need to spin it? If there wasn't really anything negative...why wait?
Will they have to start any trials over?
Will they be able to complete the trials that are ongoing without a disruption that would skew stats?
What about OS results of STS trial that were due at the end of this year? Even if there are Survivors they can still give data.
Now Kriegsman is the Chairman of the board, while Gale's CEO is ousted...how can this man not only keep landing on his feet, but simultaneously GAIN power?
That's like having a guy like Obama as President...whoops -- wait a second, that is reality!
He has complete control now...put two and two together folks....this should NEVER of occurred. I know that he gives himself and his employees plenty of FREE shares so who would have the guts to fire the guy that putts Prime Rib on your plate for every meal?
For the love of Ethics someone(s) should of stepped up and confronted the guy about his Absurd behavior years ago and I'm not talking about an Adam Feuerstein or Richard Pearson....that's like a thief calling another person a thief. Has CYTR had ANY Actual people that CARED about ETHICS?
All we need is a REAL Leader!!

I could never understand Gann, but his trading strategy was Beyond Believable. There is more than one way to understand a stock though.
I honestly wish you would of explained that better as I haven't read up on WD for a long time.
Been out of town so sorry I am responding late, I will attempt to figure what you are saying, but I don't understand this as this to me is totally different from what I am used to.
What I can recall is that Gann was correct over 90% of his trades and he traded a lot of trades per year and off these vibrational numbers as he called them could predict future crashes and bull runs pretty much to the day and he was so precise on his daily predictions that is was scary.
"All key levels, I'm close to 70%?" What?
All I know is that I see a retracement back to 2.20 if this breaks support of 2.80.

Growth Hormone Therapy is proven to prolong life...the FDA is NOT about prolonging life, they are about ENDING life with the premise of spending all your life taking Poison FDA approved Pills. Almost any drug that is being developed that is ANY good whatsoever as far as Curing --will be stonewalled in someway(s) by the FDA. GILD got their drug approved but I'm sure they PAID $$$ their dues. In reality folks the FDA is controlled by Organization that manipulates our Government and World Government who actually would desire a population decrease. These are the beings that don't even need money they can just have it made for them. This has been in the works for almost 70 years to poison our society with these pills that have a longer list of side effects than John Holmes #$%$.
If they find a true feasible, relatively inexpensive growth hormone test I believe they would find that a great portion of our ill population is deficient.
Never hold when the FDA is going to make a decision because you just DON'T know what their true agenda is.
Now I will go to sleep and hope I didn't tork off the wrong people so I can actually wake up tomorrow, but feel compelled to post what I feel is the truth.

Yeah I was writing about their technology, but I wasn't the only one that thought it was innovative and would work. Luckily I disappeared way before the data was released as when CEO left I had a feeling something was seriously wrong and felt he knew something horrific was about to occur.
I don't recall if I wrote that it would be approved...if I did I must of been high or something because I don't usually say I believe a drug will be approved... as the FDA could reject water if it came for approval as they are as corrupt as it gets.
My strategy is that holding through the data is always dangerous...especially lately it seems. The shorts just love these small bios.
