Actually, Brexit is a huge deal, you saw what little Greece did, now compare that to one of the economic powerhouses on the planet. Just the British banking system alone is so large its mind boggling. If Britain leave the EU it will mark the beginning of the disintegration of the union. It would be to the EU like Texas of California opting out of the United States. Markets like certainty and we sure don't have much of that right now.

While Infinity did report more than $192 million in cash on its books as of March 31, it's currently burning through about $40 million per quarter.
So does the company stay solvent at all is the question, if AbbVie decide to discontinue the collaboration, that all folks. I'm not happy at all with this and stand to lose a total of around $126,000 but at this point I have only two options, tough it out and hope something unannounced sparks like back into the company, OR take what is left now and run with it. My investment is in an IRA so no tax loss for me I'm afraid.
I'm not panicking but I am assessing my options here. Obviously missed a good opportunity to sell yesterday, though I was close. What do they really have left to offer the shareholders?
I'm down $80,000 so far on infi...
It's the primary income source and they still have a cash burn regarding their other drug.
Social, ernie, thanks for the feed back. I realize that success in this area is rare, I was interested and intrigued when DSMB seemed to green light the continuation of the trial before this new news. Full results are not expected until first part of 2017. I considered the potential cost of treatment and how any great amount of patients would have access to care if successful, these are potential pitfalls too. I did not invest a lot, but enough to keep my interest in the success of the company.Surprisingly I am still ahead on my investment.
Once again, thanks.
Anyone following Argos, (ARGS) they announced interim data and recommended continuation of the trial. Will they someday rival Exel?
"could be a game changer in the treatment of mRCC.”
AGS-003 is an individualized immunotherapy that captures both mutated and variant antigens that are unique to each patient's tumor, and, therefore, specifically designed to induce an immune response targeting that patient’s particular tumor antigens."
I have a much smaller investment in Args than Exel
"That's starts me at over $25 pps"
If you are correct then this company will be bought out in a heart beat while the price is still low, exciting times to own Exel.
I agree, once politics comes to a message board the whole thing spirals into chaos and the intelligent posters leave. Case in point the cldx board. If you haven't seen that one you should take a peak, they don't discuss the company at all, it's all hateful, heated, garbage. This board is the most informative I have ever been on, it would be a real shame to lose that.
"something you also did in the case of PCYC, if I recall correctly"
I believe you are thinking of me, it is good to have you back.
"Giz and God, are you guys Sybil??"
Speaking for myself, I have only ever had one ID since 2006, I really don't understand the importance of having more, it's only a message board!!!!
Like I said I would be happy with $7.22 but even that may be reaching today, looks like cldx is down 36% premarket for some reason, so I'll count my blessings.
"be prepared to blow away! $8 is visible today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Heck, I would be happy if the pre-market $7.22 held! baby steps...
He's unifying his base, even attacking Mexican American Republicans. White supremacists, skin heads, Klan members, you name the hate group, they think Trump is a God.
It's a strong statement when two former Republican presidents and many Republican governors, senate and congressmen would rather abstain from voting then support Trump.
Its a tough year when no viable candidates are running for office, better bring in the third runner option.
