Seven separate class lawsuits against Flying J/Pilot and more to come. Jimmy Haslem- FJ's CEO said that there were about 250 Fleet companies who were scammed. This is ugly and going to continue to get worse.
This will without a doubt weigh favorably for TA as fleets that were using FJ will move to TA. Any owner that is involved in a class action lawsuit with FJ is not going to continue using their services.

I like where we are at and headed.

I feel that we'll see something on this as an added boost now on the NYSE.

Ok, best of luck

Josuatree - first of all they don't move over until tomorrow. Secondly, you seem to think that you're remarkably skilled at calling the movement of the markets. I'm intrigued by your confidence. What's your basis for your prediction?

So long amex. Finally we will be judged by a wider audience on a equal playing field with other Fortune 500 companies like ourselves. Spike!
Sentiment: Buy
Long- I agree with you this. Im sure they don't pretty exhaustive analysis and been given a big vote of confidence from analysts on making this move. The investor summits that they have been doing tie in nicely with this move.
Sentiment: Buy
It's not going to test 8's again until after it's tested 12-13 in the short term. The NYSE listing is bigger than a lot of people recognize. I see this coupled with the Shell announcement driving the price higher. TA is not going to go through the process of listing on NYSE now if it weren't strategically planned out.
Sentiment: Buy
$288M marketcap is still a far far cry from where we will be trading shortly. Not to mention, listing in the NYSE would not tolerate any secondary offerings as they would never do. First of all They dont need it - but secondly you need a miminum marketcap to trade on NYSE. All good.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I've been saying this for over 3 years now that this going to happen. This a GREAT MOVE for TA. IMO, I think we'll see this stock tick up way. There are a lot of investors that would not touch this stock on the AMEX that will now want to buy this stock now that it will be listed on the NYSE.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Typo, I meant to say its totally AVOIDABLE not unavoidable.
The bottomline is that its totally unavoidable and disrespectful to us investors. The first date change was allegedly an error. These next two are just plain ridiculous. We are reporting at the absolute latest possible time as its is and now we just change the dates around like its a cable tv service appointment or something. "Oh its no big deal, we'll just do it next week when its more convenient for us" "our investors wont care, its about us not the investors".
This is the attitude these guys have. Unfortunately.
I am long on TA too. Have been for years. But there is a reason Forbes vote TA as having the second to last worse Board of all Publicly traded companies last year. Its the stuff like this that adds up
