Yeah, I've also been into CCCL, but unfortunately I bought my shares a few years ago, for around $5-$7, meaning that I'm way down right now. Did you ever buy any HFGB? That was another Chinese "value play" from a few years ago, and I took a bite with 10,000 shares (at about $0.25 each). It seemed like a legitimate company with lots of promise and profit, but then it just stopped trading, although I still have the shares in my Scottrade account. But I guess there is no such thing as "no risk" in the stock market, since there is a risk involved even when you try to "play it safe," as the shareholders of those "safe" stocks Washington Mutual and Lehman Brothers and Citibank must know.

Why is that? The Assistant DA's (like I used to be before my retirement two years ago) are the "good guys," protecting society from the "bad guys." Or at least that's how we thought of ourselves. I know that the police and sometimes the prosecutors will often get a bad rap in the press, but through personal experience, I know that much of what passes for "the press" is entertainment nowadays, meant to sell commercials and books and movie tickets, etc. I've worked on cases that got press coverage that was closer to science fiction than the facts. But I'm biased, I know.

The mere fact that each of you is here, patiently following HERB and still buying shares, gives me as much confidence about this investment as anything else I've seen. I have read many of your intelligent and insightful posts on this and other boards over the years, and it's a pleasure to be in your company on this one.

I used to practice corporate law early in my legal career, so I might be able to provide my two cents, but I don't know what "or us director to the shareholders" means.

So what's with the relatively high volume today? Any thoughts?

Then I feel your pain, my fellow bag holder. I think this will be my 9th or 10th year in this stock, and I'm "in" for less than you are only because I averaged down several times. Someday, someday, someday…..it's happened before, it can happen again.

You must not have been here very long. HERB has gone above that level many times. Look at the charts over the last ten years.

Thanks for the nice (?) compliment Fisher, and I just hope I can live long enough to see HERB finally trading at a decent price. When it does, I think I will be content to leave this earth in peace. Which means that unlike most stock market players, traders, and investors, HERB is giving me a REASON TO LIVE ! ! !
