Mmm,I would say .28-.29,that would be the top or just over the Bollinger Bands. That would set it up for a steady rise, where it will follow the top of the Bands over the next few weeks, before a solid 45 degree upturn when the agreement is officially signed.Jmo.

Looking back through all their PRs to 2010,it appears Newlead has been paying for every one of their acquisitions through share dilution, until the point they would become non-compliant with NASDAQ,then they would reverse split to get the price back in range and then they would start the spirals all over again for the next acquisition.
From what I've been able to see, none of this is against NASDAQ rules.Their scrap with Iron Ridge has nothing to do with the death spiral in itself, but the fact they've gone too quickly with it.
Everything we're seeing has been part of the plan for Newlead. They have accepted and used the format of the death spiral to build up the company with acquistions. It also appears after these next acquistions that they will be in position to reverse split again to become compliant with NASDAQ.
I am now out,and should have studied the pattern before I got in.Never stop learning in this business.
