Vanc Pharmaceuticals is going generic in the sales area and shooting up!
The rest of thjs industry is like playing the slots. All luck. That has just changed with a stock called Vanc Pharmaceuticals. They are set up to go generic as a sales company with 49 molecules in their inventory.Check the chart and the fact they are just about ready to start selling their pipeline.
Why would they raise the A/S to 250 million just to R/S it at 25-1 to get the price to a buck? When all they have to do is R/S it now at 150 million shares and 15/1 would do the same job?
With the extra 100 million shares,if they try to sell them for cash, who in their right mind would buy them knowing a R/S is about to follow and almost always a drop in share price will follow that?
We all know this needs to get to a dollar. The only possible winners here would be shorters in the whole process that is planned.
In general,we have to take most PRs at face value. But,this has to be one of the strangest situations I've ever seen in the market. There is a month to go before the meeting takes place.Anybody think there has to be something else that is behind this latest PR?Why not just a straight up R/S?Why two steps to achieve the same thing?
Man,I bought this looking that it had to get above $1.00 very shortly and expected a run.The volume looked like it would happen. The chart looks set up for it to happen. Then you have to wonder if this is a threat to get it up there so they can raise some cash, and meet NASDAQ listing requirements,or get drilled,or it's their actual plan.Either do it before the date or look out.I guess that may be the gamble.
Thanks for the reply. Are they possibly putting the pressure,in your estimation,on large shareholders/shorters to push up the share price as the alternative to getting it between the eyes with a massive dilution/RS threat?
Can you explain how there is money to be made here unless you short with news like this coming after hours?I bought in on the volume jump, but can't see anything possibly positive now.Any hope for this thing now?
So how does that affect our shares exactly?3 for 1 share swap?Do we get a premium on our shares?I know no one really knows, but I'm wondering if this ends up as a partnership or they are buying us out.Just curious on people's thoughts.
Imo,not for a week and a half at the earliest.PP not closed until March 03,so nothing will happen before then.Yes,I am holding shares at a higher price than this.
The PP doesn't close until March 03,so that is a week from now,and there won't be any news before the PP is closed. This is going down to $1.27.I'm in at $1.77,so I'm not saying this lightly.
We'll see about that.I'll remember your post. There's a lot more going on here than just dilution and scre^ing shareholders after a big runup. That's even obvious to me.This isn't the Pinksheets.
