A HUGE INCREASE in G&A expense

    by aanooch44 Feb 8, 2016 9:19 AM

Because the market is waiting to see the company actually get something done other than ForFivo doing ok sales. $7M a year isn't a blockbuster drug, but it is making this company profitable. This company still has very low operating costs and you are complaining about that? What you should be complaining about was they didn't have enough of the right employees to move the pipeline along and make some deals. Now that they started doing that things ought to start to get done.

Ragbu, I have agreed with what you have said over the last few months in my posts, but now believe that with the additional employees, which I have stated numerous times they needed, I think they have the team to perform. Add another year has past and there has been some movement in the pipeline and increased ForFivo sales. 2016 should be a good year. 2017, 18 and 19 could be banner years.
You and Nochie are now old news.

A HUGE INCREASE in G&A expense

    by aanooch44 Feb 8, 2016 9:19 AM

nooch, I have been saying for over a year now they needed more personnel to move drugs along and negotiate with potential partners. They have made some significant progress in doing that and that is why I have taken a position again in this company. Plus they have several milestone events coming up this year, some of which should happen in the 1st half of the year. Add the fact that ForFivo sales continue to grow at 16% last quarter and if the next milestone payment is at $7M in sales they should achieve that this year as well. So cash and income are not a problem and ongoing quarters will be profitable and more than cover the additional salaries and debt payments for the manufacturing facility. Plus move the pipeline along much more rapidly. All of which should move the share price upwards, even in this stock correction time.
Here are some of the positives I see coming: Suboxone settlement- anytime now as the court dates were in Nov. and Dec. 2015....Par submitting the 2nd drug by summer...Migraine resubmittal by summer...ED filed in 2nd half 2016...possible partnerships for migraine and ED and Par 3rd drug coming back. Add ForFivo continued growth and 2016 should be IGXT's best year yet.
This is my opinion. Everyone has one.
I haven't lost money but once on a trade in this stock and don't plan on it this time.

  • My calculation is a profit of $551K or .01 a share. Cash should increase by $1.5M. to over $3.5M. If ForFivo sales continue to grow by at least 9% another milestone should be met by the 3rd Quarter 2016. If it totals $3M, $1.67M additional income will be booked in 2016.

Ok, I will ask you why you think Suboxone will be approved by September. Patrick didn't answer that question.

I never told anyone to buy ETRM. I gave my opinion on what I thought of the science and what the future I thought was, but never said bail from IGXT to get into ETRM. I did say IGXT could go even lower with the min and only large fund bailing on it. How soon you forget.

There isn't any due diligence that would gets to that conclusion other than old evidence that it takes 30 or so months for approval of ANDA's, which is not real good information when dealing with the FDA. Plus that period doesn't start until after the settlement of any lawsuit with the prime drug maker.
If anyone could predict when a drug would get approved they would be very rich and not a dummy posting #$%$ on this board.
So it is just your opinion!!

Way to go Pete. Patrick is just a shill for Horst as his employer is invested in IGXT. He never sees reality. You are absolutely right that any large holder of IGXT could not get out without a loss in the last few months with the low volume. Pete intraday ]it may have traded for .32, but I believe it closed at .34, that was over a year ago now.

  • glmcom glmcom Feb 7, 2016 7:24 PM Flag

From the mouth of a dummy to nobody cares. You aren't very observant. I am not Ragbul, he said he bought back in months ago and has lost ground since then. No Real is right I was going to wait until later this year to get in, but I think something has to stick since its been so many months without any good news other than ForFivo. I don't consider Horst's projections of things to happen especially at conferences, as those never transpire.

Patrick, how do figure only 36 months for approval? Please give back up for that projection.

Hopefully luck will be on our side with IGXT this year. I have always made money trading this stock and again hopefully this time to. Since I got out two years ago at .95 I am in at a little under what my base was then. Let's see 1.18 again. Something has to fall into place other than ForFivo. Hopefully Forfivo picks up the tab for all the new faces and then with just one piece of good news the PPS should show a good gain.
LOL, Patrick must have hit the thumbs down on your post. Patrick has his nose so far up Horst's butt he doesn't even know whether it is sunny or snowing outside, but he love that position.

Pat, even if he did and I doubt it his mind is what should be of concern with all of the empty promises and statements he has made. I am betting that at least one of those will actually come to pass very soon.

Real, Ragbul even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while. That being said I have initiated a position in IGXT. With all the hires at least one of them ought to preform and add value. Or maybe the next hire should be a nurse for Horst.

Sorry Real, but you know I sold out f IGXT at .95 2 years ago. For your information I have been trading stocks. I just won't advertise on a Yahoo board again what I have and how much. I sold ETRM and have been trading it as well as other stocks. I sold some ETRM today in the low $1.50's and bought it back in the $1.20's. Trading IGXT is a good one too. I almost bought some at .39, but think it will go down further, before it goes up again. Oh, yes you are right , what I have been saying is correct. I just am not correct on every trade, such as ETRM, but I do think they will be bought and soon, but for much less than I thought.

I din't tell anything about me I was answering Patrick's stupid post. Go away, I would disclose to you what I won or don't own. You are a clown that knows nothing but to pump this stock back to .30 again and then say like Patrick you made a lot of money. No one should believe a word you say.

  • glmcom glmcom Jan 8, 2016 8:50 AM Flag

Patrick, probably your stupidest post yet. I don't think you can even margin a .12 stock and that was where it was trading the day before the split. If investors owned marginable securities it is likely they did get a margin call, but surely not ETRM. ETRM now has only 7M shares outstanding. Medtronic's paid $350M for a similar device that didn't get approved in 2005. The only thing missing for ETRM is insurance coverage, advertising, backing up the recent 34% EWL statistics and filing for approval of a smaller device that is MRI compliant and they are working on that. In a year or so and they have the cash to go that long now, the value should be $50M to $200M minimum to a company like Medtronic, which equates to $7 to $14 a share. I don't suggest buying it now, but some time in the near future it could be a even better entry point. It took 1 1/2 years before ForFivo started to sell. Remember the high here 2 years ago was $1.18 and not in the low .40's. Most LT investors here are down significantly too
