    The panic selling is over....oversold...

He's coming out ahead as he's getting twice as many shares now and as price goes up he'll make a killing!

What if they offer shares for more than closing price today with somebody ready to buy at that price since the lawsuit is now out of the way. Regardless I believe Butimax should pay for all our legal fees. They lost, we won!

Your so right littlefred747, today's action was up on news and shorts had to cover as they now know the sky is the limit as nothing can hold GEVO back as uncertainty of patent. This news is huge, in a few days the ones that didn't cover will pay a huge price. This stock is back on the institutions radar screen.

The shorts are covering as they know in 3 days insiders will come in and buy this hammer!

GEVO stand against these huge money corporations has finally won the battle. It's great for us shareholders as now we won't have the cost of attorneys that helped drive price down from 65 cents when they tried to break company. We are hanging in there and now with uncertainty of losing battle I look for companies to employ GEVOs process. Possibly now they will try to buy company outright. Whatever case it should help burn of capital and help us move price back up to where it belongs.

Today was first step to recovery. Only thing I wish is that when you give guidance of 50,000 to 100,000 its good to come somewhere in middle with 75,000. That said with new system in place hopefully things will be better down the road that is running out of room by the day.

Management needs to step up to the plate with bold deals coming in near future. Deals need to be seen by investors that reflect a significant turn-around is here. Most consumers don't like ethanol with their small engines. I have a boat that we all look for stations that don't have that #$%$. Some how they need say how good and safe to use. How many people have heard of isobutan0l?

Today I didn't see shorts running for the hills with high volume so they were not worried about anything as volume was nonexistent compared to the past with news. It would not take much to get things going from real investor with price per share.

Should have lived by 7% sell rule then, Right now almost 15,000 on ask with 1,000 on bid. Somebody is gobbling shares up. January should see better value as deals come in for small caps.

Shorts are out in full force. Year end tax selling will clear the weak hands out. Looking forward to January with good fortunes to come. Bought more this morning as you buy when blood is in the streets.

    Shorts gambling here...

    by littlefred747 Dec 22, 2014 1:39 PM gman7027 Dec 22, 2014 2:32 PM Flag

This is there last opportunity to sell as once we get thru tax selling and earning around the corner with EBITA positive the shorts will be toast. Good news coming in new year for a new beginning.

  • My father of 96 passed away and have been fixing house to sell. Come back and GEVO is getting buried also. Noticed the other day with some volume and price not moving I could sense the shorts were moving in like vultures. Well at least no news on reverse split. I think we can get on that road up, but like anything its taking time. With everything going on at plant one has to think when report comes out we should be EBITA positive. I bought more recently as I believe things are looking up. These shorts here have no ethics they wait for that enema when price explodes. Dull days in the market help their cause, but they shouldn't get to greedy.

More shorts are covering as noticed in volume trading. It won't be long before we see higher prices. With licensing coming in this will be a gold mine!

    Breakout imminent....

Everything that they have done since IPO is now on the line. No slipups! They need to get ball rolling and one way is some positive news that will benefit bottom line this qtr. and in the future. Another 180 days from Nasdaq as a follow up to EBITA positive.

I loved todays action and can see that it will break that .44 cent high after earnings announcement. Now with little over 1.57 million shares traded about $650,000 traded on the day cash wise. We need someone dumping at least 5 million in to really get things going. I did notice the volume bars on 1 minute chart were red as I assume shorts were covering for some reason. Which I conclude somebody on inside that knows something, covered their rear before some news comes out. Wishing all the longs well.

  • I like just about everything said on results. Market liked it also as went above 50 DMA with important 200 at 80 cents. I feel from conference call something will be released soon as in new deal. After jumping Wednesday it caught its breath on Thursday as volume declined, but come Friday it was back to buying again as volume accelerated. We are at that point were its going to be good enough to get back up some and get it really going in new year without reverse split. Management know the market won't put up with any more excuses so we'll see what happens as we get going into new year.
