We havent seen a qtr with full production from the rachelle. IF they can stabilize production, show positive cash flowMaybe we could borrow from a banking institution, instead of the loan sharks we used in the past....LOL That won't happen today, but in time it will be achieved. Heck we may qualify for one of those revolving credit lines...Think positive....

That is the question. I will settle for payiny Down debt obligations and refinacing at a lower %interest rate. They are paying 12% knock that down to 8 or 7% That should improve cash flows were they can grow. If the Niobrara is as good as others, there is aleast a chance. They have good leases in the Haynesville and Marcilas, they just drilled them when NG was around 2.00 lost thier butts wouldn't have mattered if they drilled record breakers they would have still lost their butts. With NG improving they still have a chance to produce those leaeses in the future for a profit. Niobrara produces Oil and Gas, a good well here will add to the bottomline. JMHO

Short term negative,or it could be a long term positive. They can produce 60/65 longer without spending to drill #3 till the take away capacity at the scott Platform improves. In the meantime explore the Niobrara leaseholds with cash flow. There has been good wells drilled around ENDs properties maybe Transier can do something positive for a change. He is due , even a broken clock is right twice a day.......Just Sayin LOL

I agree with pocilujko, i heard they want to sell the onshore leases. When the onshore leases were purchased they paid to much. The NG price was tanking at the time, Now that NG is on its way up,they want to sell them. Transier couldn't manage a kool-aid stand. Lets dont trade him for somebody that will only give the kool-aid stand away. .....Just Sayin

More or less, Depends on what state they are filled and what judge it goes in front of. Costs go both ways. Most judges that follow the rule of law will throw them out of court. If they can get it infront of an Activist judge you never know what may happen. but it will always be appealed to a higher court were it will be overturned . No reason to hunt for a boogieman, hope you weren't burn't in the Trusts. On the brightside oil could go to 150.00 and NG to 10$ and The trusts holders could make a killin. I don't like to see anyone loose money....Except shorts........Just Sayin

For those who give me thumbs down. The short and sweet version of the Trusts I just explained. Tell me were i was wrong. When the trusts were sold, short and sweet we acquired a 50% partner in the leases that were encompassed by the trust. the Partner was the trust. SD retained 50% interest plus a maintance agreement . It was a way to raise cash without share delution. I didn't buy into the trusts, must be why i have a benine intrust in them. IThats why we should have kept Ward. He sold the trusts and he would have sold the GOM for a profit also. Instead of giving it away, like the Idiots you voted in did!!!!!! Just Sayin

SD has legal obligations, read the Trusts. They are being fulfilled. The number of wells to be drilled was the major obligation. Read the disclousures. The part were its written thees are projections, not facts. In these times of socialist anarchy the rule of law doesn't always apply. Lawsuits can be filed for all sorts of BS reasons. But if the rule of law is applied there will be no basis for a lawsuite....Just Sayin

Why would they??..... If you don't know what they were all about, your in the wrong bizzness.....They were for ONE thing and One thing ONLY.. To raise money to continue developing the MS.... Thats EXACTLY what they did!!! What else iyou need explained???
