Thank you for responding. Yes I understand about the limits. I'm trying to find out if we have approached them at all. The company was very cagey about it, saying the drop downs could affect it. I tried to offer a small reward for someone responding, but Yahoo deleted that post within a few minutes. That's apparently verboten here.
Could you guys help me out? I'm thinking of buying shares for my IRA but I'm afraid of having too much UBTI. Can you tell me how much you had on your K-1 in 2013 and 2014 per share? Example: if your UBTI was $300 on 500 shares in 2014 that would be 60 cents per share. I'm afraid of having a tax problem in my IRA. I called the company but they won't tell me.
