they ought to have known the risks associated with the poorly performing public company. The outcome was obvious ... only blind stupidity and greed might explain why anyone might choose to hold ... taking the message to message boards, and trying to persuade others to buy a broken company based upon misguided facts ... well, that's just criminal.
