I'm sure they're lobbying hard, but no way they going to came out publicly to admit they have same thing in their products.
That headline was from last Monday. Tuesday has already past and no announcement. This is a hot potato nobody wants to touch. Apparently, LL is TECHNICALLY CARB compliant. No to say they could have done better.
The truth is that you sped yesterday, and by doing that, you endangered my life, I advise you turn yourself in and ask the cop to write you a ticket.
That is the TRUTH! Does it matter? Mr. Liberal?
But who doesn't? Ask yourself when was the last time you drive above the speed limit? What would your reaction be if I told you that by going over the speed limit, you endangered someone's live when going to work yesterday? If you're driving at 35 mph at a 30 mph zone and someone jumped in front of your car, are you liable of his injury? Think what the implication would be before you answer the question.
I won't buy laminated floor from anywhere, period. On the other hand, I won't mind buying solid wood floor from LL, especially if LL offers a good deal.
LL is TECHNICALLY in compliance with CARB is a sense that CARB knows what they're doing but either enable or choose not to enforce based on the more stringent rules.
As long as CARB keeps looking away, which it will do to keep itself out of trouble, all the lawsuits have no case.
LL should not be drawn into the battle who's test is valid. It should simply insist their product is safe or CBS will not sit on the test results for 3 months before make them available to public.

i used the formaldehyde detector and my floors were MINIMAL detection. I then put glue near the detector to see if it would read it and the alarms all went off for a HIGH reading so I knew that the detector actually worked. I havbe the St James Russet Road 12mm - as far as I can tell so far the detection is MINIMAL. This is what I bought:

Just enter limited orders at a limit price near the mid point of bid/ask, your order usually fills pretty quickly. The spread may appear wider than it really is.
