    Conference Call

I think it's worth holding, although the risks have clearly risen. I think ISSC gets one "free pass" on a 3-6 month delay in FAA approval of the Delta system -- not really uncommon in the aerospace world. However, if it gets delayed again another quarter or two, I think it starts to hurt ISSC's credibility in the airlines world. Assuming that doesn't happen, 2015 looks pretty interesting as the Delta revenues start to roll in and ISSC has STCs on the Boeing 737 & MD-88/90 models. The addressable market for 737s is about 1000 units, and if the Delta ramp goes smoothly it's a big advertisement for the ISSC system. We might not see another 150+ unit order like Delta's, but there are many smaller airlines around the world operating small fleets of 737s and MD-80s that will need to upgrade. I could see a lot of 20-50 unit orders coming through, which would really add to the bottom line. It's all predicated on the Delta system going smoothly from here, however.

    3rd quarter

I know orders will be lumpy, but the trend is new orders is troubling. I could live with the $6-7M we saw in FQ1 and FQ2, but $2M for this quarter is concerning to me. Hopefully just a blip, we'll see what they say tomorrow.

  • Putting aside well mechanical issues, which seem to be behind them, GDP is left with a play that has some clearly economic wells (Crosby 12-1H) and some clearly uneconomic wells. How many more $13M wells will it take to figure out if the overall play is viable? 10 wells, 25 wells? I don't know the answer, but I do know that human psychology is going to make it very hard for GDP to stop drilling (after they've sunk so much $$ and energy already) until they answer the question, and I'm not sure the balance sheet can handle it.

    Sentiment: Hold

    Today's sharp decline a tell?

I agree, real economics will be determined over time. The problem for GDP is that they're going to sink $300M+ into drilling before they know whether the play truly is economic. I think the fact that Devon looked at the issue and thought "nope" isn't a good sign, those guys aren't stupid.

At least LIWA will start trading again, OTC BB. TSTC opened around 0.30 OTC and ran up to 0.80 in several weeks, before it's eventual descent to 0.15.
