Glaxo is going to stop kickback payments to doctors, a practiced long considered bribery and China has now made it a issue there, so Glaxo decided to stop the bribery payments to doctors, this includes payments in the USA also. Others are probably going to follow Glaxo decision and stop with bribery payments. Hard to believe China has more ethics than the USA, but in this case they do. See how bad our FDA is! for allowing such bribery to go on for decades and always look the other way.
The 500 sale makes it a mystery as to why the VA only bought 1 500 a few years ago to service over 170 of their VA hospitals. I wonder what happened to prevent further sales to the VA? I know at the time we all thought BSDM would end up selling dozens of 500s to the VA and it didn't happen. The VA must have some data as to if the 500 has been effective in treatments, I would say if it is effective they would have bought many more by now. But good to see at least a sale of the 500 to a school which can expand the uses of this type of treatment and have real data to back up results.
It's called use the banks for capital, that's what most businesses use. If they have real growth a bank can and will lend them money at great rates, so what is keeping them from using this source of capital? the only thing I can think of is they really just maybe don't have sales that would allow a bank to give them credit. most businesses always establish a credit line to use when they have a quick need for extra funds to cover the expense of increase demands. Makes me wonder just how good is this management group?
listened to the CC and the management team seemed to convey a lack of real enthusiasm about the future, they seemed tired and old. About the financing for future growth, if they really have growth pains and need to raise money have they ever heard of a BANK? Here I can name a few-- Chase, US Bank, Wells Fargo, SunTrust, BOA to name a few, their in business to lend out money, that's if we have a real company with real growth potential. JMHO, shareholders already been screwed 3 times by dilution and that is enough!!!!
does ada have any relationship with Terumo? if not looks good since this is just 1 country and they have bought at least 4 180's, now if Terumo has 100 countries and can do a great job you are probably looking at hundreds of 180's in the next couple of years, 1.30 price is just a JOKE, but buyers today should be rewarded very well in the next couple of years. If only the USA market would get off those 10,000 dollar a pop chemo pills which is just crazy and come on Asia where are you when we need you?
Luk, I was not able to listen in, what makes you think or what concrete statements did they make that shows real growth. Considering they have less money in the bank, as I have always stated does no good to spend 2 dollars to make a dollar. I would like to see it the other way around spend a dollar make 2 dollars
Luk, that's what banks are for, they need to stop screwing the shareholders with equity dilution and use the banks if business going to improve
LUK, besides at this time it's all about the 180, did someone want to deflect the attention of the 180 towards the 2000? The CC should I hope draw some light on both I hope
This is the best news possible, a free study to prove just how effective the 2000 can be, that's a dream come true for any company. Let's see if they talk about the effectiveness of the 2000. WOW this is not negative, the studies are FREE, now let's hope the new free studies back up the studies done in Europe
yes lets see a double in price in one day, it maybe easier than one expects if stock continues to get cheaper as the accumulation continues and the shorts cover and the stock continues to drop to lower lows. Insults make you look good to others, I take that insult as making you look small, so if insulting people makes you feel good go to it. #$%$ that is your new name
sorry but chart shows a steady dump of stock since NOV 4, so someone has changed their mind and has been dumping in the same pattern daily for the past couple of weeks. Up in the morning and then the a steady dumping of stock through out the day, even with the announced sale you can see the dumping and the price drop. So the buying at this point is not offsetting the dumping, hence as long as these parties continue to dump, stock will go nowhere except maybe lower. CC better be a knock out with solid data and not unfulfilled BS, statements like better than expected, MEANS NOTHING unless you know what was expected!
One would think that big money would be jumping on board if they were seeing a material change in business. Well they are not, which maybe a bad sign that the terumo deal is not going as good as we would like . Also look at what is happening here in the usa, nothing. I beieve if things really have changed pps would be climbing not falling. CC better have real info and not BS promises jmho
alectric, I have always seen the age of this management team as a hindrances, they seen to have tunnel vision CANCER only. Look at Microsolft CEO stepping down because he knows he is a dinosaur and does not have good vision of the new possibilities, same with BSDM management team they are dinosaurs also. Heck they will not even invest in the company stock unless it's given to them, not a strong belief in the company's future growth.
Yes I like your idea on selling 180 to replace the Thermatrx, but not sure if the 180 needs FDA approval for procedure or even if it's a better option or even if they still use the Thermatrx.
You r correct, they would need to resubmit the 2000 for full approval and that will cost bucks. 2000 is for deep tissue tumors and chemo industry does not like it
Br, I don't disagree with your math, why would you even buy a 180 unless you plan on using it at least 2 times a week or more. Now the question is how will they get their procedures used up to 40k, 80k, 100k a year. I believe they need to expand the usage of MWA to other areas besides cancers. Would really like them to address what areas other than cancer can MWA be used for. Thyroids, benign tumors, maybe gallstones, just seems to be so many possibilities
with their cc in December they will already have a good idea on how the 1st q went so they should give some guidance on it, I would hope, if not I would take it that it was another so so q. Some numbers I hope they let shareholders know is the number of 180's actually performing out in the field and the number of procedures being done. If we don't get those numbers might as well not even bother.
Br says 100 180's out there well if they do just 2 per week per 180 that equals 10,000 procedures a year we need to get this up to over 100k procedures a year in 5 years.
another brainstorm area that they need to look into is animal cancer treatments! people spend thousands on pet chemo for their pets. So this field could be a great opportunity for something new and I actually think vets care more about animals than doctors care about humans.
