they should not drop one more penny on single dose study, all funds need to go towards multi dose phases and that defective immune protein. If they inject healthy neuron stemcells along with healthy immune proteins you may have something that comes close too a cure in results! JMHO
We know the results of multi injections will be much better because the placebo effect will be less a factor, would it be wise too just blow off the single injection study, since they always intended to do multi injections treatment in the first place! Have they shot themselves in the foot? by proceeding with single injection phases.
Stop! wasting money and concentrate on multi injection phases.
i do like the market cap, I have researched ALS and the latest data coming out is that defective immune proteins in the brain are what is causing the neuron cells to die off. These defective proteins starve the neuron cells which results in the gradual death of these cells. My hope is that BCLI has the ability to realize that maybe a combo of injection of healthy neuron cells combine with an injection of healthy immune proteins could results in tremendous results. It's like BCLI has half the cure the other half is with these immune proteins
cytk, has a good pipeline of other drugs, hence the higher cap value and 111 mill in cash
don't forget MNOV they seem too be racing for approval also. I wish we had a real medical person running the company, Chaim just seems to be the wrong person, although I did notice he and his company have well over 8 million shares invested, lets hope they know what their doing!
actually I was wrong the number is 1,600,000 additional shares, not 600,000 increase
it's bad you don't really want too watch it but if you do look for the march 8th stemcell conference news for BCLI go into it and open links, they have it recorded with all the other companies that presented Chaim was as bad as you can get, seemed very lost in what the company is doing, no direction. You ever hear of a power trial? me neither. He also was very nervous looking and not excited about any info he presented. A total turn off too people at the conference
look at the news section for bcli and find the mar 8th alliance news open it and look for the link to get into their site. They have all the companies presentations recorded including BCLI.
you are correct, also another small biotech trying too avoid phase 3 for ALS treatment, saying they have the robust data(12 patients only) but they also have collected over 100,000 signatures asking for exemption from phase 3 based on results of this small phase 2 trial. Their at a stand still until FDA acts, they cant afford the potential liabilities that comes with allowing treatment without full FDA approval.
Tony is still with BCLI, Chaim has even stated that fact just recently, My gut feeling the company Tony is CEO of is owned by Chaims group of investors. The 2 companies are connected in some way
