Please tell your friend to never give up. Important to keep the hope alive we never know what science will invent in the coming years. Look at all the advancements in the last 20 years.

That is one the sayings my son tells me every time we talk on the phone (almost daily as he lives in NC and I live in NY). He tells me Dad never, never, never give up.

I have talked to the company directly and provided them with information on my son and when they get to the next phase to help people with SCI for years he will be evaluated as a possible candidate for any future research studies.

Thank you for your words of encouragement. Just having hope makes all the difference in a SCI person. Without the hope they give up. I just wish that more SCI people knew what this company was doing so that they have hope and dont give up. My son tells me it is so sad to see how so many have givenup and do not work out to keep their legs strong. I just wish this complany did a better job in PR and getting the word out to the general public. A word on Frank R. I know he has taken a log of bashing on this stie but when I first contacted NVIV Frank called me personally and talked to me for approximately 30 minutes and told me to tell my son not to give up and to keep his legs strong as that would be very important if he was to recover. Frank felt strongly that down the road that this complany would find a cure for people who have had a SCI for years.

I have put everything I can into this stock (1600 shares) with the hope that this company can come up with a cure for those who have a SCI. My son has been in a wheelchair for almost three years and I pray every day that this company finds a cure. Any money I make will go to helping him and his family. I started researching this company about 1 1/2 years ago and have shared all the information that I have with my son. It has given him hope and everyday he does his own rehab in his shed. He built his own parallel bars and walks with his braces every day. He refuses to take prescription drugs to deal with the pain he is in everyday because he wants to keep his legs strong. The medication they want to give him will destroy his muscle tone in his legs but will provide him a pain free life. He would rather live with the pain then to kill his muscle tone in his legs and any hope of walking again. If you saw his legs you would never know he is paralyzed. He finds that the more he does the less pain he is in. He does all the work he can in the house and just recently he finished his kitchen cabinets (with some help from friends as he could not reach the top cabinets) and is presently removing the rugs in the bedrooms and replacing them with wood floors. He tells me it is easy to do that type of work because he is on the floor. He has a great sense of humor and if he can't do it (recover) no one can.

    16,000 shares at $2.72

  • goingtoatt goingtoatt Aug 1, 2013 12:47 PM Flag

I held my 16,000 shares. Looking for good things to happen in the long run. Too many key events will happen in the next few months to sell at this time. If things go well this could be the best investment I have ever made. Besides the money I wil make I am hoping and praying for this company to succeed to help the millions who are in wheelchairs today including my son. That is more important to me then making any money. The money I do make will help my son and his family.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

That is an excellent idea. I find it very frustrating trying to find a support group to discuss issues and concerns for SCI patients and their families.
When I talk to ggametyme I will discuss this with him.

How can I contact you? I believe my son is the same age as you are (33). I would like to talk to you privately on how you have handled your condition and maybe your words of wisdom can help me son.

My son is paralzyed from the waist down from a car accident in May of 2011. I have talked to Frank on the phone when he called me after I contacted his company to see if they could help my son and have exchanged emails with him over the last few months. The latest one (today) from Frank wanted to know how my son was doing and informed me one of his employees will contact me to get the details of my sons injury to see if he could participate in his reseach for the Polymer Scaffold Seeded with Autologous Human Neural Stem Cells product.
I have found Frank to be a caring person who really wants to help all who are paralzyed. His compnay and the products they are working on give hope to all who are suffering everyday.
I have invested in the company and hope that it is successful as the money I make will help pay for my son's medical bills.

  • I added another 2000 shares on Friday and today. I am in for the long run.

Believe it or not but Frank Called me today asking about my son. We chatted for 20 or more minutes. He provided me with confidence that my son will walk again one day. He felt extremly confidentant that the procedures he is working on will help millions of people one day.

  • goingtoatt goingtoatt Jan 9, 2013 2:00 PM Flag

Yes I have contacted NVIV about having my son particiapting in their trails. I talked to Frank's assistance and I am waiting for a call back.

I have been researching this for a few months. I bought 7500 shares this morning at $2.18. My son is parallyzed from the waist down from a car accident in May 2011. I am hoping this device will help him walk again. So I have a financial and a personal reason for this to succeed. If it works financially I will have money to help my son.

You may be more likely to get hit by lighting then to get an IBM executive to tell you what they get in their retirement check.

$6 Billion big ones - pay up

I wonder what your opinion would be if you were one of the 3000 IBM/ers who were sold to AT&T and received peanuts for the years of service at IBM. In my case after 25 years of service I received 1 1/2 years of pay. I will have 30 years combined service of IBM and AT&T and the money that is in my cash balance account will provide me with 1/3 of what I would of gotten if I was able to stay with the original pension plan. I hope IBM loses and they take the money from the executives who took it in the first place. We all know that the executives led by Grestner took the excess funds from the pension plan and filled their own greedy pockets. Do you think they care about the dedicated employee's who made the company sucessful? NO THEY DON'T. Thank GOD there are people like Cooper who care enough about doing the right thing.
