Marijuana $35 Billion market in 2020

$280 an ounce is for medical MJ not recreational. Two completely pricing and tax structures. You also fail to realize that this industry is highly regulated. You can't just apply for a growers permit and get it. The regulators control who gets the permits and how much they grow. Interesting. So you are obviously a Republican. My guess is you are all up in arms about illegal immigration - but at the same time are for Mexican labor to grow MJ. typical hypocrite. Please stay down in Podunk Springs.

So you are comparing what is going on in Podunk Springs to the rest of Colorado ? Get real. Get in your car sometime and drive to the big cities along the Front Range. The retailers are booming, and regulators are thinking about issuing more grower permits because supply cannot keep up with demand and the regulators are loving the tax revenue. Retailers along the Front Range are selling MJ for $75 an eighth. That's $9600 a pound ! And there are no volume discounts at the retail level. And yes, about half the sales are to out of staters, but who cares ? Is their money any less green that Colorado residents ? And business is booming. Tax revenues will exceed $100M this year.

Again you have NO CLUE what you are talking about. You keep talking about the little old lady next door that grows. Big deal. In Colorado, you can only grow six plants for personal consumption. If you want to sell to retailers you must have a license and are highly regulated. Retailers cannot buy from the little old lady that lives next door to you. And of course, we all know that retail prices are sky high in Colorado, even higher than the black market. If you think people are giving it away to retailers, then the margins on the retailers must be well over 1000%. But hey, don't let the facts get in the way of your little fairy tale story.

There is a high likelihood that Amber and her fiancé, you know, "exchanged some bodily fluids" over the weekend. If I were him I'd be freaking out right now.

They have already commented that they are in a quiet period before earnings. Legally, there is nothing they can say.

The 2nd Healthcare worker from Dallas to come down with Ebola travelled to Cleveland for the weekend within the 21 day quarantine period. On top of that, she was "self-monitoring" in Cleveland and before she she got on the plane she had a temperature of 99.5 - but that was below the "100-degree threshold" so she got on the plane anyway. How stupid can you be ? And she is nurse !! CDC says very low risk to other passengers. Yeah, right.
