Thanks for the insight.. There are actually reasons it will happen.. but posts like this are the equivalent of buy low sell high.. thank us later.
There are 2 sides to every market.. Cant argue with someone either that says up and away(with mysterious wait till tomorrow's that never happen) when the fundamentals are saying hold on a min.
This is as bad as the blind bashers.. don't post this unless you have something.. blind pumping is as bad as blind bashing. Especially since people out there are dumb enough to believe both.
When people typically say NG it encompasses ngl's since it is a component of natural gas... Off 1% ill live with.
That's silly.. especially since the wars in the middle east went straight to the deficit and were not paid for by any revenue increase. Republicans will vote to start a war, but not improve our country.
On a different note still exporting gas Sabine pass is looking at the stage 1 completion at 1.4bcf up by Feb 2016 in early 2016. The first train will be up and running late 2015 at .7bcf. There are 6 under construction for 4.2 bcf per day capacity. Chinere at the end of 2016 will have capacity of 2.1-2.8 bcf per day or more depending if they get farther ahead of schedule.
Oil and Ng..
That's true.. but the divided is in question with oil at this price. Be honest I would like to see it suspended and used for opex/pay down debt.
Who cares about timing.. It shows the value of the underlying assets with the far overreaching where they should be.
Yes the underlying value of the company is crazy cheap.. That's the point of why now analysts are saying people who are shorting it are stupid. This is still a natural gas play as much as it gets lumped in with oil. Wait till Chinere begins to export at Sabine pass later this year and then ramps it up. Alongside the other lng exporting projects under construction and us natural gas finds a higher price based more on the worldwide market. It will begin to happen before the exporting begins and will catch the shorts of natty gas with their pants down.
